Amber is a true professional in her field. She is also a kind and gentle person. She creates a safe comfortable relaxing space for you while getting a massage. As an avid Yelp user I was in search of receiving services for a massage. I came across OC Mobile Massage. Which was perfect for me and my party seeing we were having a weekend trip to the OC. We were staying at a hotel in Anaheim, and wanted the convenience of receiving our massages in our hotel room. I contacted Amber weeks prior to our stay to inquire if she could accommodate us and make all of the arrangements. I reached out to her through text. She promptly answered all of my text messages and answered all of my questions. There was never an issue during our back and forth communication with each other. On the day of our scheduled massages she arrived before our scheduled time. We were running a few minutes late and she patiently waited for us and was ready to go. Which I appreciated and do apologize to her for being a few minutes late. We moved a few things around in our hotel room so she could set up. Amber has a great and comfortable set up. She is quick and ready to conduct business instantly. Since we were a party of 3. We excused ourselves so we could allow the 1 on 1 time between Amber and each of us. My guests absolutely enjoyed their massages. They felt so relaxed and happy after their 1 hour sessions. One of them even expressed the reasonable pricing Amber has considering she is mobile. Since you're paying for the convenience and luxury of having her come to you. I didn't get into further details of what else Amber offers during her massages. For example, hot stones, back scrubs, etc. I was just looking for having massages performed. This is something I would like to inquire with her about for any future appointments. Me personally I am not a big massage person but opted to have one anyways. I expressed this to Amber and she immediately wanted to make sure I was comfortable in every way. I guess for me, the few times I've had a massage I didn't see much point to them. After receiving a massage from Amber, I realized it all comes down to who is servicing your needs. Amber has the magic touch and is just so zen. I will gladly hire her for my future massage needs. She adapts to all of her clients needs. My friend fell asleep during her session. My wife was quiet and relaxed. I don't know why I was so chatty during my session, but she was so sweet. I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with her. I hesitated to write about Amber and our experience in Laguna Beach for mobile massage. However, I am posting this at the suggestion of my regular massage therapist in PA who was shocked when i shared our experience . This is no reflection on Amber's skill level or passion for her work. The bottom line is that she kept almost $300 of advance payments in the form of gift certificates purchased by my pregnant daughter. I was scheduled to be in Laguna for a month....my daughter paid in advance for 4 massages over that period of time. My trip was cut short (no fault of mine) so we were only able to schedule one of the massages. Amber is aware of the circumstances that led to this.....and I paid for her to valet her car plus tips to come complete the single massage. I asked her to work out something with my daughter regarding a refund of the balance of unused services (write her a check, venmo, etc) since I had to return to PA. After emails and phone calls from myself and my daughter, Amber 's response was that gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. i did not want cash.....I wanted her to do the right thing for my daughter's kindness and refund her. We have given up and resolved that Amber has no conscience or integrity about "business is business". Maybe this is why California is in such bad shape. Mary Dewey read more
