Cliff and Tiffany (C&T) run a well-oiled machine with online scheduling and they even have an app for scheduling and tracking appointments. I felt relaxed the moment I walked through the door! The lights are dimmed.. pleasant aromatics in the air.. and even more pleasant staff ! I've been with C&T for half a year now, getting my monthly massages. Not once has any of my massages ever been less than expected. Alesia and Rob are my favorite. Faculty is super nice. And it's not a fancy schmancy spa. Very tranquil and dim lighted space instead. These are quality massages you're getting. Not that "feel good" crap you're getting from other establishments. They really focus on technique and the healing of your body. I always feel relaxed after every treatment. I will never see other massages the same ever again. That's the only downside lol. Oh and since they focus on giving quality massages, finding quality masseuses is gonna be hard. So bear with them to find you availability. If you don't have the patience, then go somewhere else. Great massage. Michelle was my therapist. As other Yelpers have noted, she really knows her stuff. She was constantly letting me know what the exact purpose and expected benefit of each movement was, and listing each body part she was working on and how it was out of whack. Some people may like it silent during a massage, but I enjoyed the info and found that it kept me focused on what she was doing instead of letting my mind wander to other, more stressful bits of life. Felt great afterward. They want you to become a member to get the repeat business, and it sounds like a decent deal if you'll use it enough. I love this place! I have been here a few times and very recently decided to sign a one year contract with them to get my monthly massages. After being frustrated with Massage Envy a few years back, I had been going through Groupon to test out other massage therapy places in the area. That is where I initially found this place. They really go above and beyond with the knowledge they are able to provide about what exactly they are doing to your muscles and explain why. My daughter gave me a massage from C & T for my birthday a year ago. I've received a few on different occasions at different places and they have always been enjoyable. This time was different...Michelle is amazing! This is massage therapy at its best. She is extremely knowledgable and gifted in her skills. No two sessions are the same as Michelle targets the problem areas each time I go. I've learned a lot because she explains what she is working on and what I can expect. I was given a Groupon for this company and upon showing up, I met Christian, who I found to be quite capable as a massage therapist. As I renewed my visits upon a bi-weekly basis, I became better acquainted with this small company and found the thoughtful approach here was customizing to me. Unlike the fancy restaurants I like to visit in greater Jacksonville, Savannah, or New York, recounting a visit to a massage therapy company is a little closer to home because the tapestry the artist is working happens to be you. I am positive that C&T has helped me with a couple of nagging problems that massage therapy can either alleviate or support....how should I best put it...the equipment works better after a visit to C&T! Placing my confidence in Christian to do an awesome job every time is probably a high bar to reach, but it has been a very positive experience to date. read more

I finally decided to use my Mother's Day gift: a voucher for a 60-minute session at C&T Massage Therapy. I was politely greeted by the staff, who introduced me to my masseuse (I think his name was Alex). The atmosphere is pleasant...gentle music plays and lights are softly dimmed. The massage was great. I was deep massaged with soothing lavender oil for all sixty minutes. I felt like a new woman! I didn't have to wait to be seen, and the location was easy to find. The room could use some updating but besides that this is a great place to get the massage your body needs. read more

I LOVE this place. I got a 60 minute massage from Alesia and it was honestly the BEST massage I've ever had. There is a definite feeling of individual service here, no "assembly line" service like others have mentioned at other places. Okay I booked a reservation to go to this place they were running a Valentine's Day special I said hey ima try it out well I received two tickets for a couples massage the address isn't on my certificates I have been looking forward to it I was so excited my first ever massage right well I looked up the address on my phone which ima post the address I got the gps took me to c and t massage well it took me to Arlington well I called the place cause it was a house I was like what is going on called them and they said well you only will get your time well what's left of it when u come to the new address I get there only got a massage for 20 mins and I paid for 50 mins I got there had to fill out paper work wasted more of my time I was livid the massage was over as soon as I was getting into it I was very upset I will definitely be getting another massage but probably not there I feel like they should have gave me what I paid for it's not my fault they gave me a certificate with no address I looked it up and it took me to the picture address that's really nit my fault I would have been 10 mins early it ruined my whole day I'm very disappointed I could understand if it was me just being late but I got no info I feel ripped off and the crazy part is I would have became a member today but I was to upset that they didn't help me at all the massage people was great but I feel like that since it wasn't me they should have been more considerate I'll find a different place that cares!!! ZERO STARS: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Seems like a great deal at first. But their management is AWFUL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, all they want is your money. They will not return your phone calls. Even though their text line promises you will receive a call within 24hrs, DO NOT BELIVE IT!! Unless you call and leave voice messages multiple days in a row for WEEKS they will not return your calls. Oh and scheduling they apparently have too many clients to fit you in. Every time I attempted to schedule via the text line the appointment had "already been booked" when the line had offered me the time slot only a few moments before. I would attempt to call the office and schedule but no one answered or returned my voicemails. Management is threatening to take me to small claims court because I asked for a refund on services I never received and was unable to schedule. I called this office 3-4 times a week for 3 MONTHS until someone finally answered the phone one day. The woman told me she would have a member of management call me tomorrow. Two days later I received a text message from Cliff, the manager. I asked for a refund on services I never received and was unable to schedule, because they would not answer the phone. 3 months of waiting for a massage. Something that is supposed to make your life easier and relaxing has been a huge hassle. Please don't waste you money on this terrible establishment. They don't care about you. They just want to take your money. They try to say it will be easier and cheaper, but $5 dollars cheaper for awful customer service and a company that does not care about their customers is not worth it. read more

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I have called 5x to try to book an appt and no one had returned my call. I think this is a bit unreasonable considering that you should return phone calls if you have a voicemail option. Your online appointment scheduler is also not user friendly and I have not been able to get help on it...as no one has returned my call. I would look elsewhere as they seem to be understaffed and do not return calls even within a 48-72 hour window. read more

I had back surgery a year ago and needless to say needed major work done to my back and legs. After maybe only 6 sessions, my body feels literally brand new. Michelle is absolutely amazing and knows exactly what the body needs. Michelle is AMAZING! I had to start with that. I had a Groupon deal that was purchased a few months back and I needed to schedule it. - I had a little trouble with the online booking but I called and received a text message back almost immediately confirming I was set up. I'm sure the more I use the online schedule tool it will become very easy. Just wanted to add that since I read some others seemed to have issues with it- for me it ended up being a non issue. I ended up getting booked with Michelle and this was one of the BEST massages that I have ever received. Michelle was super friendly and understanding as I ran a little late but she was very kind about it. The massage was awesome- I cannot say it enough. Michelle was knowledgeable and explained to me certain things she could tell while she was working on me. She even showed me some stretches to do to help some issues I have long been fighting. While I do not live close it was totally worth the 30 minute drive. I plan on booking a massage for my husband in the next couple months and I plan on booking for myself again too. I see great reviews which is why I got the Groupon, wish I would have had these ppls experience.. I was a first time client for a massage yesterday. I've thought over 24 hours if I wanted to leave a review and I am. My experience was not great. I should have not tipped. First of all , the building the suite is in is under construction. This wouldn't be a big deal if the bathroom I was directed to go to was fully functional. My massage , I'd give it 2 or less stars. I dont remember the ladys name but every aspect there was something wrong. I've had a couple massages previously to compare this to AND NONE OF THEM HAD EARPHONES IN LISTENING TO MUSIC. Not just that but her pressure was way too rough and inconsistent. She never checked in during the massage to see if it was okay. She applied WAY TOO MUCH pressure on the nerves on the backs of my arms and when I got up the courage to say something she said," thats what it feels like to work out a knot . if it gets too much just take a deep breathe." what licensed masseuse doesn't know to lighten up pressure in an area with tons of nerves? Now I have an area on the back of my left arm with bruised or compressed nerves. Hopefully it works itself out. read more

My wife gave me a Groupon to this place. I've had several massages at other places obviously in this place is terrific! Liz was extremely attentive and you could tell that she really does treat massage therapy as if it is an art. I would very much recommend this place to anyone. And I hope to come back in the future. Based on reviews on Yelp and Google, I was looking forward to a good massage experience at C&T massage therapy. It was my first visit there yesterday. However, I was very disappointed. I reached their office 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. My therapist came out 2 minutes later and went straight to the receptionist's desk without making eye contact with me or introducing herself. Since it was my first time there, I went up to her and asked if I needed to check-in. She curtly said that I did and then told me to fill out a health questionnaire. I told her that I had filled it out while making the appointment online, but she refused to believe me and kept insisting that it wasn't there as she couldn't see a flag in her computer. When I asked her to check for the document, she said it was indeed there but the flag might have been removed by someone since I had filled it out 2 weeks ago. It found this rather strange. I was asked by C&T's online appointment system to fill it out right after making the appointment so why should it matter when I filled it out? Then she asked me to pay BEFORE the massage. When I questioned this, she said this is their standard practice as she doesn't want to forget taking payment from me and "risk being fired as I wouldn't believe how many people walk out without paying". I found this very unprofessional as I have never seen therapists charging before providing service in my many years of getting massages. The massage was fine, nothing special. One disconcerting note was that about 30 minutes into the massage, my therapist asked me to move my left hand from below the blanket to the top over my chest by myself. This is something no other massage therapist has done before so as not to break the feeling of relaxation the client is feeling during the massage. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and I will not be going back to C&T massage therapy. Bottom line is that I did not feel welcome. My therapist rarely smiled or made eye contact with me. As a client, it would be nice to be treated with more warmth and respect. Also, I question the practice of taking full payment before providing the service. No other massage therapy practice I know does that. read more

Went in with my wife for a "sweetheart massage". The intake form was very helpful in allowing me to describe issues I was having and wanted worked on. For weeks, I was experiencing lots of hip pain that made standard tasks difficult. After my massage, I was tender for a day or so but the pain has gone away completely. The experience was one of the better ones I have a had in the area. The therapists described everything they were doing and why they did it. I would highly recommend all of my friends to try them out. read more

If you decided to buy a membership please make sure you are on schedule n you do not roll over any massages. You may not be able to use them at the end of your contract. My original introduction to this place was through groupon. My initial massage was very good and so I signed up for their monthly massage plan. That's when things started not going well. After a couple of months I found it very difficult to get an appointment for a massage that fit into my work schedule, they would offer me additional dates but they were always about 1-2 weeks later than the ones I requested and I was usually working on those days. After 3 months of not being to get my monthly massage I decided to cancel. The owner called and left me a very nasty phone message. Even though this company gives very good massages I would not sign up for their monthly plan and I would definitely avoid all interaction with the owner. He can appear very nice one minute but if you try to cancel he will turn very mean and nasty quickly. read more
