Jesus went above and beyond. He follows up and answers all the questions you may have, he also provides his recommendations. On top he also buffed a part of the van that was hit by a hit & run driver (thankfully it was just a tire that hit our van) he was able to buff it out. He didn't have to but he did. At first i was skeptical with the shop and the film he uses because i never heard of i3 before. After speaking to him i gained confidence and since he was able to work my van on a very tight schedule i decided to work with him. Im glad i did. The tint was perfect during our long drive to Las Vegas with temperature in the 110s. It kept the car cool inside the cabin. Accidentally touching the car and the external glass was very painful due to the heat but from the inside it was very tolerable. I went with i3 plus through the whole van and i3 on the windshield as the i3 plus doesn't have the clear film i was looking for. I definitely recommend the service and material he used. Recently brought our 2022 Sienna for a windshield tint and Jesus offered a great experience and was very knowledgeable with his tint options. I never felt like our van could keep our interior cool enough before the windshield tint. Now, the van feels much cooler on hot days, and sometimes too cold. I was also interested in doing the front windows but Jesus found out that we already had factory tint on the fronts. He also had a cool infrared scanner that showed us how much infrared rays got through the glass. The scanner showed a number of 300+ pointed at the sun. 06 when pointed at the sun through our newly tinted windshield, and 32 when pointed at the sun through our factory front door tint. So we know that the tint is working. The front lobby is also very nice with entertainment and snacks included. read more

I sent a request for a quote after 10pm last night and Jesus responded within minutes via text message. After some questions he sent an extremely detailed quote via email. He scheduled me to come in this afternoon and I'm IN LOVE with the result. Absolute perfection! Very clean working environment, comfortable chairs and plenty of coffee, creamer, sugar and snacks while you wait (although he did offer for me to drop off my car). It did take about 2.34 hours to complete but totally worth the wait. My car looks perfect and Jesus was a sweetheart from start to finish. When I got back into my car, he put reminder stickers on the power window buttons so I wouldn't accidentally roll them down; He even included a microfiber cloth and window cleaner! It was done in 2 hrs. My subaru crosstrek has many little cut outs in the windows that other places were up charging for. OC Tintz was the first place that didn't even mention them. He included reminder stickers to avoid accidentally rolling the windows down while it cures, a microfiber cloth, and a window cleaning solution.
