We had a wonderful time staying here! It's convenient to the 75 so getting around was easy. The park is clean and maintained, though the bathroom water pressure was a little too low. We were here during Tropical Storm / Hurricane Debbie so we couldn't utilize the amenities however it was sunny on the day we checked out so we went and looked at things. The new manager is awesome and she's putting a lot of work in the make things even better! We have family in the area so we will definitely be back, hopefully not in a storm this time though. read more

Site we were assigned for one night was on the grass. No pad of any type, gravel or concrete. No picnic tables. Signage at the entrance was easily missed for check in. In a pinch this will do for a one nighter but I definitely would not consider this a resort. read more

The staff was super friendly when we booked in April for December. We unfortunately had to cancel due to personal reasons. We went in person to do so and Karrie was very accommodating, cancelled our reservation informing us of a 25.00 cancellation fee. Told us to expect our refund of near 400.00. We have yet to receive so I call a couple times and was informed the property has been sold and I need to contact the previous owner(s) I was given an email and phone number but have not had success reaching anyone. Now even my emails to Ocala Sun RV won't be accepted. Not sure who I should reach out to. I just know I will not rebook when I am able to travel again Not a happy camper read more

One night only. Very friendly staff upon arrival. Guided to our spot, which I think is always a great idea. Takes all the confusion out of trying to find our spot. LONG pull-throughs for our stay, about 100 feet. Really spacious on either side. On grass, but not muddy or squishy. Very nice bathrooms. Clean. I really don't know how people that are tall or large fit into these showers but I'm only 5'7" so it was fine. Hot water. Private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Property Management is very unprofessional. Kandi Torres (on site manager) shares all the drama with her family, her kids are left in control daily to deal with tenants. They will welcome your money, immediately start working get you evicted, change your contract details so you are forced to move sooner, at the same time cut off utilities before your RV is moved off lot. Our stay was changed from monthly rate, to daily, moved out within 10 days. While We paid monthly, we received no refund, and a police escort off property. Certain long term tenants & staff are very close, my family was made to feel uncomfortable and under a microscope everyday. The area is beautiful, there are some nice neighbors around. This is a great camp ground great place to camp lots of camp sites. Management is wonderful they work with you very well you can decide on which campsite you would like they take you around on their golf cart and show you each site that is available. read more

Had a one month stay here. We were kicked out after 1 1/2 weeks because we had our family, 3 adults and 4 children at the pool during almost 90 degree weather over the weekend. Apparently we can't have more than 2 people at the pool and they don't appreciate children. 2 times we were kicked from the pool due to having children with us. Then had police tell us we had to leave due to this. This RV park never NOWHERE states you can't have children and there is a guest limit at the pool, yet the management made sure to tell us, this is an 18+ community and guests need to register with the management and you want kids at the pool then you need to come after 530pm when we're not here. The neighbors constantly spy on you and are extremely nosey. Felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not a pleasant experience. Management took our whole months payment and we didn't get any refund back despite Kandi the property manager promising a minimum of half a refund back. Very unprofessional staff... James, Jasmine and the owners. Will not return and recommend you find another site to stay. Additionally, wifi hardly worked and the cable was staticky. read more

This is a very nice, quiet and well maintained location. They have tons of amenities! Pool with a spa, pickle ball, dog area including a washing station and a clubhouse. The clubhouse houses evening activities (bingo, karaoke, etc), there is also an indoor shuffleboard, pool table, books, DVD's and CD's to borrow and lots more. On the opposite side of the building are the laundry facilities. The doors are key coded and accessible at all times. Everyone is very friendly including the other campers. read more

We were a party of 6!! That had just layed our Mother to rest the day before,Nobody wanted to fight anybody, Wow, lack of communication skills. When asked to move we did. But asked not to go swimming was punitive, So again kicked out for being neighborly and chit chatting w others who were at the pool, Now thier conduct may have been schetchy, again paying guest, not w us!! Candy also accept my mail by signing and NEVER gave it to my sister Noreen who stopped by and shown the sign via screenshot my meds were in that PKG I'm a diabetic and ended at hospital again your safety is in jeopardy there!!! Horrible Management My husband and I have stayed at many RV resorts and this one has by far the worst management and customer service we have ever experienced. Management had approved for our daughter and granddaughter to stay for a few days until we could get back from South FL and for the few days they were there they made her feel very unwelcome, unsafe, and harassed to the point where they called the police and gave her 1 hour notice to leave simply because she was using the pool with our granddaughters and 2 young girls that were visiting around 5 pm although their rules say that visitors must leave by 10 pm. Our daughter is a very educated Special Education teacher and had never seen people that hate children so much! Please don't believe me, try it and see it for yourselves. Stay just one weekend and dare to invite your grandchildren. Now office managers refuse to reimburse our money after Kandi said she would, we had their permission for this arrangement, and they are the ones that asked us to leave. They are off for the entire weekend 3/15-3/17, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, and they refuse to give us the number to Corporate the ones who were supposedly sending us a check for $330 which is half of the amount we paid. I wonder if Corporate is aware of the way management treats people there. Some of the neighbors are so intimidated by them it's sad! read more

The people that run this park are dishonest. I called for a reservation for a pull through, full hook up concrete pad. I was actually given the number of the spot that I was supposed to park in. When We arrived, we were given a different spot that was on grass that was mostly full of ant hills. This place is a joke. They close early and they don't respond. I would never stay here again nor will I recommend it. read more
