Mi hijo comenzo en ocaquatics eureka desde que tenia 6 meses en el 2021 hasta los 2 anos que decidimos parar las clases porque en el cambio de professor el nino le hizo un poco de rechazo y lloraba mucho. La experiencia fue la mejor, Felipe y Angela los managers en aquel entonces corrian ese lugar con mucha profesionalidad y conocimientos. Les estoy muy agradecida a ambos como fueron con mi hijo y vi que con todos por igual. Lamento que ninguno de los dos se encuentren actualmente. Incorpore a mi hijo nuevamente y estamos muy disgustados con la nueva direccion del lugar, considero que no cuentan con la experiencia suficiente, ni conocimientos para correr ese lugar, estoy muy pero muy decepcionada de la manager de "Ocaquatics Eureka". La actual manager "Mailyn" y la otra muchacha que ambas evaluan a los ninos, considero que deberian preprararse mas para la funcion que estan haciendo, lo mismo cambian de clase un nino que aun no ha vencido los requisitos que dejan a otro estancado en un nivel que esta listo para un cambio y la respuesta es que no llevaba dos tres meses en el nivel. Encima ella no se siente capaz y me dice que una supervisora por encima de ella evaluaria al nino, entonces? para que ella esta ahi, que tiene de especial mi nino? que decepcion de ese lugar a la verdad. Ahora mismo no recomiendo esa locacion y ojala un dia regresaran a Angela o Felipe o al menos una persona bien preparada como para dirigir ese lugar. I am very grateful to both of them for how they treated my son, and I saw that they treated everyone equally. I regret that neither of them are currently with us. I reinstated my son, and we are very disappointed with the new management of the place. I believe they do not have enough experience or knowledge to run that place. I am very, very disappointed in the manager of "Ocaquatics Eureka." The current manager, "Mailyn," and the other girl who evaluates the children, I think should prepare more for the job they're doing. They'll move a child who hasn't yet met the requirements to another class, leaving another stuck at a level ready for a change, and the answer is that he hasn't been at that level for two or three months. On top of that, she doesn't feel capable and tells me that a supervisor above her would evaluate the child. So, why is she there? What's so special about my child? What a disappointment about that place, really. Right now, I don't recommend that location, and I hope one day they'll bring back Angela or Felipe, or at least someone well-prepared to run that place. read more

We love Ocaquatics Eureka! My 4 year old son has been swimming at this location for 7 months and he absolutely loves it! Lukas was in tears the first day for evaluation and took 45 minutes to get him in the water and now he doesn't want to get out of the pool. No more floaties now that he has gained confidence in the water and can swim! My son swims twice a week (one private class and one group class) and asks us if he can go everyday. From the manager Mr. Felipe, to the Assistant Manager Ms. Angela to swimming instructors Mr. Daniel, Mr. Alex and Ms. Mimi, the staff at this location are all absolutely WONDERFUL! They know all of their swimmers by first name, show they care, make you feel at home, and do their best in providing a great experience for all their swimmers! We can't wait to enroll our baby in lessons once he's close to a year-old. Ocaquatics is the REAL deal. It's an indoor heated pool. Parents have the option to sit inside by the pool (warning, it can get WARM in there, especially if you're pregnant) or parents can watch their child swim from behind a glass. If you do choose to sit by the pool you will have to remove your shoes. All of the team members that work at this location are well trained and seem to genuinely love their job. My 1yo son has been taking classes here for a couple months now and everything has been going well. My son is getting more and more comfortable in the water, and I can see him developing water safety skills. The class sizes are small and they start and end on time. All of the instructors wear clear masks and they are extremely friendly and animated with the lessons. We've had classes with Ms. Angela is the instructor and she is absolutely AMAZING making it so enjoyable for toddlers and parents! My 1yr grandson had a swim lesson today at ocaquatics. Amazing experience from the moment we walked in and we were greeted by a warm smiling lady who directed us around the area. The another tall gentlemen by the pool entry way invited us in for the class. The instructed was kind and gentle and allowed my "momentarily" shy grandson to warm up to her. My daughters have been part of Ocaquatics for many years my oldest since she was 3 years old and the youngest started when she was 14 months ( she is now 4 years old) We love Ocaquatics from the moment you step in to the moment you leave everyone on staff makes you feel welcomed. My family has been with Ocaquatics for 2 yrs now. The Eureka location is large not only inside but has great parking. This location is also very clean. What makes this location and organization so amazing is the staff. From the greeter Ms.Denise, to the front desk staff and the fantastic coaches (Coach Eli, Coach Felipe, Coach Danny, Coach Angela.... the list goes on and on) . Brand new swimming school. Everything looks great and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

My son and I love it here. The The school recently opened and is super clean and spacious. The instructors are wonderful, you can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend Ms. Nicole. Her and my son have a blast in the water. We live in Palmetto Bay and initially I was a little hesitant because of the location, however it works out perfect with traffic and is kind of hidden so not overly crowded. 5 Stars! read more

This is and always be our first choice for swimming lessons, we have 4 boys, my sister started here with her first born when he was only 2 years old, and he can swim like dolphin in the water, then my first son started when he was 2, unfortunately I had a new born at home making it really hard for us to keep up going..... then we put the two of them... then we had to stop again... then we put the three of them and we have to stop again.... my point is.... by 2 to 4 or five they learn so many things in this place... the people is great.. by 5 years they will be doing so many things, just 30 minutes a week, it's totally worth it, now my 4 kids are taking lessons and 1 of them is a little behind because we have to stop, I regret it, but this time the manager MIGUEL IS DOING HIS BEST TO HELP US KEEPING OUR SON IN TRACK, I LOVE THIS LOCATION, every team member is great, THANK YOU!!! read more

I would never even consider this place as an option for swimming lessons. I've heard many stories of kids who are in lessons here for months and can barely make it back to the wall of the pool. Little Swimmers does in 10 lessons what takes Ocaquatics months or sometimes even years to accomplish with a child. I highly recommend going to Little Swimmers over this place any day. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Ocaquatics! The team is so caring and helpful. Especially, Ms. Toni, my daughters swim teacher as she is sooo patient and is amazing with kids.
