Soap dispensers are now cracked and empty, the floors are often dirty, and many of the amenities that were once standard are no longer available. More concerning is the condition of the equipment. The rowing machine, for example, has loose bolts and makes a scraping noise when in use, as the seat hits against the metal frame. At this point, I would recommend considering other options that prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and member experience.

This is SO convenient to those who work weird hours. I feel it also works with the business because they don't have to be answering the phone constantly. I initially booked an appointment to have a consultation which was free of charge. I showed up and was greeted immediately by name. They knew me from my appointment which was impressive. I then met Ashley. So sweet and thorough. She gave me an estimate on how much my hair was going to be. She asked me what I really wanted for my hair in my dream world. I told her and she told me she would try and make it happen. I returned about two weeks later to finally get it done. WOW WOW WOW. It took many hours to achieve what I wanted but it happened. Ashley and her whole team was so amazing. They made my hair look like it had never looked before. They even offered to come back if I wasn't satisfied with my hair two week guarantee. Upon arrival, you're given a suit that looks like a wetsuit. Then you step into a dressing room, strip down butt booty naked, and put the suit on. The suit is loaded with devices that send electrical stimulation to focal points throughout your body, including your glutimus maximus, which is why you have to be naked under the suit. Once you enter the studio, the trainer connects a battery to the suit and you're ready to go. Exercises are displayed on TVs throughout the studio, and as you work out, the trainer gradually amps up the voltage. It's a safe space, though -- he'll lower or raise the intensity whenever you ask. The sensation is wildly pleasing, and honestly, half the fun is listening to your fellow gym patrons scream and grunt their way through the workout.
