Hector wouldn't and couldn't be bothered to come look at what was happening. We now have bricks falling off and are being told that it isn't their problem.

He didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do. Their workmanship was skilled and fast. We did run into one problem with sump pump drainage being in the way. Ben did this extra work to reroute plumbing for the cost of parts, but didn't charge for the extra labor. Ben over engineered the new decks including 6" X 6" posts instead of 4" X 4" posts. Ben also recommended some design changes to my plans, making the limited space more useful and better ascetics. I highly recommend hiring Almagre for your next backyard project.

They have documentation of this transaction. Three live conversations took place between you and a family member and you had stated on all three occasions you would be back out to finish the job. They have not seen or heard from you since, after multiple attempts to reach you. They also have documentation of the calls and texts. You are correct, additional work in the future was discussed but based on the way you are conducting business currently, they will be looking elsewhere for assistance.
