I highly, highly recommend Jr. and the rest of his team at OCC Pro Painting! Being new to this area, I obtained several different estimates and quotes from various other highly rated painting companies, but from the very beginning, I found him to be the most honest, courteous and professional (and really a kind person!) and his pricing was really reasonable. Due to issues with closing on our home, our starting date had to be delayed not once but two times, but through it all, he was extremely accommodating and understanding (and never once snippy or irritated, even if it may have required him to adjust his own schedule) about the delays. And in fact, due to his team's diligence and efficient work ethic, they were still able to complete the entire painting job (ceiling, trims, bathrooms, bedroom walls, etc) well in advance of the estimated completed date! Jr. was also extremely communicative throughout the whole process and responded quickly to any texts or phone calls I left him (even after normal business hours) which I really appreciated. He really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect paint color/shade - texting me side by side comparisons while at the paint store of the various paint chips I was thinking about and how it would match with the ceiling/trim color. He was also very honest about his opinion on what looked best for our home and the overall look I was going for. As far as the finished now freshly painted home, I am extremely impressed and so happy with their painting job and workmanship. Stop scrolling and hire them!!!! I've spoke to numerous painters about refinishing my garage door and NONE of them were as professional or knowledgeable about what prep work would be needed. When it comes to painting, prep is the most important thing. Anyways, they took 3 days to do my garage door (it's solid wood). Day one they sanded the whole door and prepped it, the second day they stained it. And they actually let that dry over 24 hours before returning to do the polyurethane coat. They didn't rush it trying to get it all done in one or two days. I was honestly blown away by not only their professionalism but their skill, pride in their work and attention to detail (I have OCD and usually hate hiring people to do work because it usually ends up less than perfect). It's been about 2 weeks and I still can't find anything that they messed up on or cut corners on. I'm more than pleased and 3 of my neighbors have commented on the door. We are extremely thrilled how this turned out! Junior was a professional from the day we spoke on the phone until the project was finished. He responded to our texts immediately and was on time for every appointment and job. He said they'd be able to complete it in 1 day and the price was very reasonable. Junior and his crew were VERY clean. They prepped the entire area and made sure there was no overspray on anything that wasn't supposed to be painted. When they were done they bagged everything up which I disposed of. After a couple of days we noticed an area felt different than the rest. He came out as soon as he could and agreed something wasn't right. He and his crew taped off the area again, grabbed the sprayer and made it right; they were done in about 30 minutes. They not only quoted us a reasonable priced, but it was a very clean and reasonable estimate per item. They scheduled us the day we told them we wanted to go with them. Then, as we were about to move-in to our new home, we found out we were delayed by a day, and Junior was able to pull together TWO crews and finish our whole 3 bed/3 bath townhome in a DAY! Then, If that wasn't enough, the power went out (Even though we had it scheduled to turn on the day before!). I can't rate their quality of work because I needed service quickly and Jr's schedule is so booked out that they couldn't accommodate my short time frame. I will say that when I met Jr for an estimate at my house, he showed up on time, answered all my questions and gave a reasonable quote.
