When we came to get our bikes (since no ETA could be provided on a delivery time except "sometime tomorrow I think") we stood for 40 minutes only to receive rusted and beat up bikes and a kiddie cart that was full of dirt and sand and so wore out it won't stay closed. For $302 for four bikes for three days this is unacceptable. I also asked if I could have a receipt. No. Do I need to sign anything? No. Do you need to mark our name off a list? No. Do you need to write it down so you don't deliver our bikes tomorrow since we picked them up? No. They literally did not check the online reservations or ask for our name or confirmation number. Basically they have no system other than taking your money online for shit bikes. We could have walked in and just got these without paying for them!
