We saw about 10 horses, including a family group, and appreciated the opportunity to see them. The problem was the guide, who turned what should have been an exciting wildlife experience into an unpleasant one. From the start, he told us he was tired because he had already done four tours that day and that he would "try." Unfortunately, that lack of enthusiasm was evident throughout the entire tour. Instead of feeling like welcomed guests, we felt like an obligation. The way he interacted with people was especially disappointing. He belittled another guest, spoke to me in a condescending manner when I briefly used bug spray on my neck, and created an atmosphere that felt judgmental rather than educational. Most troubling were his comments dismissing conservation efforts for the very wildlife this tour is built around. A guide leading visitors to see Corolla's wild horses should understand and respect the work that protects these animals and their habitat. This was not a case of unrealistic expectations about wildlife. It was a case of poor guiding, poor communication, and a lack of respect for guests. The horses were beautiful. Unfortunately, the guide made the experience one we will not remember fondly.

This place was SO fun! We started off at a dock, and a boat came to pick us up (driver was really…read morenice!) We were dropped off at a boat in the middle of the water. And we met our drivers. Hailey and Pierre. They were SO nice, and funny and really engaged with us which was awesome! They gave us clear directions and helped us through it. They helped us get on our harnesses to go parasailing. They even dipped our feet in the water (with permission of course!). I would 100% do it again! They helped us on and off the boat,. And they have many payment options which I found helpful. All I can say is I would do it again, and you should do it. And if you get Hailey and Pierre you're lucky! (If the director is reading this give the two of them a raise!) So yes a 5/5 stars would be reasonable for this!

Our captain, Aiden, was an amazing and fun person to take us on our tubing adventure, and even tried to get me knocked off and fall into the water, which was super fun, but he was unsuccessful ! He even taught us a bit about dolphins (by far one of the coolest things I learned from a tour guild that was not a part of the experience). Not only was the tubing experience really fun, but I and my family also had a fun time just being there, and Aiden made 10x better with his fun and positive attitude and enthusiasm that he brought. And I guess the clothes are pretty great too I'm just kidding, they are actually like so comfortable, and I think are a much needed purchase because of the comfort and selection of the colors of the clothing they sell! We saw 4 of them during the trip, guess it was too hot for them to come out of water (Aug, 80-90F sunny days). The later half of the trip would require some kayak skills to turn, zigzag, etc...wish we, the beginners, would have more time to practice...Rebecca is great to work with, she tried best to accommodate everyone's needs, just a large group to handle with different kayak skill level (8-9 kayaks, 13-15 ppl). Make sure to bring waters sun screen and bug sprays. Telescope can be helpful on the river to identify the gator( they are camouflage masters on water), lots of time you can see the head, nose and eyes.
