I brought in my car to get washed and ,well, the car wash destroyed my wrap on the door panel. I usually hand wash my car (and will do so from now on) but decided to come in because my car was dirty. Before running through the machine, they have cameras aimed at the sides of the vehicle. In my case, both sides of the car were in good condition besides a small chip in the wrap on the top corner of the passenger door. Upon coming out of the car wash, there was a massive gash in the passenger door panel's wrap and large scratches in the rubber door window trim. I talked to who I assume was the manager of the location and he started going over my car pointing out little flaws in the wrap around my car, trying to tell me that my wrap job was the cause of the damage. The sharp edges of a tape line on a window (which exist on some wrap jobs) and a couple small rock chips around the car are not comparable AT ALL to a gash from a poor car wash. And if your car is over 7 years old and has as little as rock chips, they aren't liable for any damages at all regardless of if the panel has the aforementioned chips or not. This is per the manager of the location. I tried to be understanding but honestly it was just a miserable experience. There was no attempt at any reimbursement for the damage, and heck not even a real apology. The manager said he "wanted to do as much as he could to help me find a compromise" but refused to do anything about the damage. If you own a wrapped car or a car with paint you care about, maybe stick to hand washing your car. I'd steer far from this place (pun intended). read more

I'm a monthly member, and the inconsistency at this location is beyond frustrating. On multiple occasions, I've shown up well within business hours--most recently at 4:45 PM before their 6 PM closing time--only to find cones out and the wash already closed. Despite reaching out and being told someone would follow up, I've received no resolution, no update, and no explanation. I'm paying for a membership I can't even use, and there seems to be zero accountability or communication from management. I expected better from a professional business. At this point, it feels like a waste of money. I'm strongly considering canceling unless something changes immediately. read more

Overall - good place and no issues I am aware of. I will continue to come here as it is on my way to work. Drive thru- They sell 3 different types of car washes but I really not sure if they differ at all. Are generally just try the one and stick with it. Staff- There is very little interaction with the staff. Except when you first go in and they help you. Make sure your car is aligned to the washer. They generally will wash the top of your car and the very front of it I assume to get off the bugs. There is no one there to wipe off your car. However what is provided is a vacuum area and rags. Venue- This is a drive through automatic car wash that also has a vacuum section and that's usually pretty popular and busy. Towels are low but I expect that's so people don't steal. Value- The price for the washers are pretty standard. However it seems like there is a significant discount for a membership. Additionally any second car that you add will be at a forty percent discount. I have not found any upselling here. Location- This place is pretty close to all the new restaurants and neighborhood of Grand Central Park. read more

So, I received a coupon to try a free wash here yesterday, and decided to try and use it today. I'm new to the area and was actually going to sign up for a membership if I liked it... I wasn't aware that you had to do the wash first and then use the vacuums. It had been a long day, and I just wasn't thinking. I pulled up and took the mats out of my car because I figured it would do the long part first (hadn't even touched a vacuum)... one of you employees comes out rudely questioning me. Which is fine... if I'm wrong, please educate me, so I can correct it. I have no problem going through the wash first... but the way this guy spoke to me was condescending and just flat out rude. The tipping point for me was him rolling his eyes when I said that I was planning on doing a wash... and then walking away grumbling "I'm just telling you now!" He clearly hates his job, and there's a way to speak to people.... That's not it! I was so frustrated I just drove off. I won't be back. I didn't deserve that. read more

I went to this car wash last week and was amazed by the customer service of the staff and the quality of the wash as well as the amenities they provide. Having experience in the Car Washing industry, I can tell the direct management cares about their reputation and service. This week my girlfriend and I took her car to get a wash. This car had three years worth of bugs baked in the Texas heat on her grill and windshield. The scrubbers and store manager went above and beyond scrubbing and spraying the car to prep, when their hard work didn't work the first time the manager sent us through the tunnel again for a complementary top wash. We are absolutely satisfied with the experience and proud to say that the grill is nearly spotless now! Only thing I wished they had was a shop to buy wipes, air fresheners, and other car gadgets. They were trying a new soap that wasn't working out to well. The attendant said they added degreasers to try and improve the soap. After running my car through it looked much worse than before I brought it in. They was a thick film on the windows and the rims looked as someone sprayed grease on them. They attendant took my name and number as well as another person that was experiencing the same thing. I had to take my car to quick quack car wash and drive it through 2 times to clean up the mess. The manager never bothered to call and check on what happened even though I have left my number for him to call multiple times. read more

I recently received an email inviting me to enjoy a free car wash. I also received several follow up emails reminding me to come in. Yesterday, I went to the Ocean Car Wash on Loop 336 in Conroe. I showed the bar code to the attendant and was told that the coupon was only good at the Katy location. I live in the Woodlands and will not be driving to Katy. The manager basically told me he would not honor the coupon. I am sure he has the ability to comp a car wash. As a prospective customer, I will not be returning. Perhaps he needs some additional training in the customer service department. Between the Woodlands and Conroe there are at least a half a dozen different car washes offering the same services they provide. I suggest you try them before going to Ocean Car Wash. read more

Tried to get a car wash this morning at this new car wash. After swiping my credit card, the gate to the car wash would not open even though my card had been charged. Even though there were other cars going through the wash was told they could not open the gate or refund my money. They told me my only recourse was to fight the charge with my bank. Asked to speak to the manager and they said he was busy putting out fires and didn't make any attempt to make this right. Had to back out of the car wash. Very horrible customer service!! Got the cops called on me for just using their trash can to throw out trash!!!! I had no intention of using vacuum as it's bout to rain and I'd just have to do it again 2 days later....
