Update- I emailed the lady within 20 minutes of her comment to my review (copy attached) and never was contacted be phone or email. I also filed a BBB complaint, which the company did not respond to. Original review: Very disappointed. I signed up for a monthly service, was told that it was on sale for 15.99/month. I asked "every month" and they answered "yes ma'am". I decided to give it a try. They lied. I am being charged 31.99/month. I called the corporate office to get reimbursed the difference and they said no. Didn't matter that I was lied to. One of the charges was just charged and is still processing and has been unused even and they would not even take that charge back. This company deals fraudulently. Also, their vacuums are always clogged and won't suck up anything and the back of my suv isn't ever cleaned well, still filthy after washing. read more

We have had a membership for a year. We are moving. Tried to cancel. They could not cancel. Said someone would email us. Email said someone would call. Been days. Guess I'll be charging back and that will cost them at least $25 per charge back. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed in the customer care ! You can't cancel from the website. I had to call and it took forever. Kristi ...Not once has a rep on site had that info. They told us that they would email us. Then the email said they would call us. I finally found a customer care number on your website and was able to get it canceled after a long wait. I'll never sign up at another quick quack. And do you think anyone reads that when they sign up for these memberships? No they don't you & guys make it hard to cancel on purpose. read more

Visited this location since my regular Quick Quack on FM2920 is closed for renovations this location is a bit of a drive and not within my route; however, I will say from the start to finish I received excellent customer service by Jorge and Megan. Enjoyed the friendly greeting upon entry and not just handing of a wipe. Love the cool neon and decal during the wash the only throwback it is a tight squeeze for my Chevy truck turning into the wash. No biggie! Keep up the great work! I'll be back and recommend this location. read more

This used to be my favorite car wash but the wash I received yesterday was the worst I've ever had anywhere. I paid $27.99 for a car wash that left streaks of dirt all over my truck. There is no shine at all. If I run my hand over the hood my hand will turn black. Now I have to either go to another car wash or wash it myself. I'll never go back. read more

Much better when they first opened, 10 people running around, today only 1...poor guy was having to check you in; then, run to the back and get everyone started thru the car wash. When they first opened they gave the monthly package a nice large heavy towel to wipe down excess water. That didn't last long, a few weeks later that nice large towel got smaller and today it was smaller than a handkerchief. I guess the customer isn't suppose to notice. For $10 less we can all drive to the car wash on the other side of 249 and then you don't expect to get a drying towel. It isn't part of their package. First towel measures 15x23 Second towel measures 15x14 Today's towel measures 11x12 I don't go to a car wash to get a towel, but when they charge $10 more than their competitor and tell you that you get a new towel every time you come in. First I liked them because they are quick. Then they offer dash wipes and mini microfiber towels. The strongest vacuums I have ever encountered are at this place! And the stronger vacuums at this place are along the right side, if you're facing the stalls after a wash. My 3 yr old asks to come all the time because of the different colored lights in the tunnel. It's almost a light show. A few days later and my car still smells fresh from their detergents. Love that unexpected bonus. read more

This location is always down for maintenance but they still seem to charge my monthly membership. Currently they have been down for over a week and still no end in sight. I called customer service and they said "go use another location" (half ass response) in which I did follow those directions and the other location was down for maintenance as well!!!! Ending my membership. And no, your car wash has not been down for half a day, it's been down for over 7 days. Do not lie to me or others, we drive by everyday and see it closed up. read more

Love this drive thru car so far! It's new,clean, efficient and best of all, the have air nozzles to dry all the nooks and crevices of your vehicle. When they originally opened for business, they offered free car washes for the first 10 days! Brilliant Marketing. We ended up signing up for the monthly pass. On both vehicles of ours. You drive up, the employees have ties on and look professional, they check your plate and if you have the pass, you drive thru. Sweet. Plus the vacuums suck hard and the place is clean. Just went through the "haunted car wash!" It was so fun! Love the commitment to service from start to finish. We were greeted with seemingly genuine excitement as we arrived. Scoped out the adorable spooky decorations for the Halloween theme. 5 star service as we were checked in by Monib, who offered a sticker to my whining toddler sitting in the back. My kids love the neon lights through the wash- makes it more special somehow. And the employees actually looked like they were having fun while they spooked us throughout the haunted wash. The only thing that could have made it better was if Alyssa had been working also- she's the best!!! By the way, my car is clean too! read more

My wife and I have had a monthly plan with Quick Quack for over 6 months. The people that work there have always been great. However, my debit card that I used for the plan was compromised and had to replaced. I was told I would have to pay another membership fee to use my new debit card. I wont be using Quick Quack in the future. They do have competition. read more
