they left out the details in their detailing. Dirt left on car, windows streaky overall a poor job for $151

Jaime and I getting the vans done!

We own and operate a few Residential Treatment Centers that help 250 foster kids get mental health care. Needless to say they are very hard on the Vans. Spilled soda and food is the least of our worries. Due to the size of the vans it is very difficult to get serviced and washed. There is only one place we recommend and rely on to keep our fleet rolling. Jaime the GM does an amazing job in keeping us operating and is a treasure to our motor pool. No matter the situation he gets us pushed through and back on the road. A high level of detail and attention is paid to each of our vehicles I would recommend to everyone that has a need for reliable fast service to get there oil and car washes done here.

This place is slow every time I come here. They need to hire more people to work. I define won't be back.

I've been through the wash twice now, and it really does a good job. However, towels and fragrance…read morebottles need to be monitored more closely. The first time I went, there were no clean towels, and both times, the fragrance bottles were about empty. That may be by design to minimize possible theft. However, it is a nice added touch. The vacuums are powerful and get the job done nicely. Nice touch to have powerful air hoses to blow the cracks and the fine mist is handy as well. Another nice touch is the device to hold your floor mats, and the mister hose can allow you to get the rubber mats really clean.

Why 5 stars? Because the detailing is high-quality and apparently rare around here…read more --- --- --- Being newer to the area, I did not realize how difficult it would be to find a full service car wash. I went to not one, not two, but three different places that were either charging an exorbitant amount for detailing or had self-wash stations. I initially wanted to visit TopSoap first because it had the best ratings, but it was also more than 20 minutes away from me, so I opted for the closer places, but the closer places weren't what I was looking for as it turned out. TopSoap had a detailing option that was $49.99 that allowed me to run my car through the exterior wash and then would have a couple of people vacuum and clean the dashboards inside. I went through the wash and then noticed they went through it again as I was waiting. The lady I talked to said it would only take 20 minutes to do the interior, but it was 2-3x that. Granted, this was by far the longest I've ever gone between car washes in my life so it was pretty bad and full of dog hair, so I concede that this was not a typical wash for them. But they did a great job, and while it's still more expensive than I'm used to, this is apparently where I'll have to go in the future because it's the only option!

I brought in my car to get washed and ,well, the car wash destroyed my wrap on the door panel. I…read moreusually hand wash my car (and will do so from now on) but decided to come in because my car was dirty. Before running through the machine, they have cameras aimed at the sides of the vehicle. In my case, both sides of the car were in good condition besides a small chip in the wrap on the top corner of the passenger door. Upon coming out of the car wash, there was a massive gash in the passenger door panel's wrap and large scratches in the rubber door window trim. I talked to who I assume was the manager of the location and he started going over my car pointing out little flaws in the wrap around my car, trying to tell me that my wrap job was the cause of the damage. The sharp edges of a tape line on a window (which exist on some wrap jobs) and a couple small rock chips around the car are not comparable AT ALL to a gash from a poor car wash. And if your car is over 7 years old and has as little as rock chips, they aren't liable for any damages at all regardless of if the panel has the aforementioned chips or not. This is per the manager of the location. I tried to be understanding but honestly it was just a miserable experience. There was no attempt at any reimbursement for the damage, and heck not even a real apology. The manager said he "wanted to do as much as he could to help me find a compromise" but refused to do anything about the damage. If you own a wrapped car or a car with paint you care about, maybe stick to hand washing your car. I'd steer far from this place (pun intended).

Overall - good place and no issues I am aware of. I will continue to come here as it is on my way…read moreto work. Drive thru- They sell 3 different types of car washes but I really not sure if they differ at all. Are generally just try the one and stick with it. Staff- There is very little interaction with the staff. Except when you first go in and they help you. Make sure your car is aligned to the washer. They generally will wash the top of your car and the very front of it I assume to get off the bugs. There is no one there to wipe off your car. However what is provided is a vacuum area and rags. Venue- This is a drive through automatic car wash that also has a vacuum section and that's usually pretty popular and busy. Towels are low but I expect that's so people don't steal. Value- The price for the washers are pretty standard. However it seems like there is a significant discount for a membership. Additionally any second car that you add will be at a forty percent discount. I have not found any upselling here. Location- This place is pretty close to all the new restaurants and neighborhood of Grand Central Park.
