My wife brings in her Ford Raptor on a regular basis, and maybe once she stated the windshield was dirty when she picked up her truck. I bring multiple vehicles to get detailed and always receive great service, with a smile. I don't get in a hurry I just drop off and they call me when done or I pick up before closing. They stay busy due to the service they provide, and that's why I will continue to come back.
