I took a ride today as cold as it was and got a flat on my front tire on the Garden State Parkway. Was able to ride on the flat to my job and immediately called Progressive and got a tow truck dispatched. Called Toms River Marine & Motorsports and told them I had an emergency and their response was we can't get to it today (2 hours before closing) but you can drop it off. I have a 2022 Kawasaki KLR650 I bought from them and they couldn't accommodate me. Talk about pissed! I immediately called their competitor, Ocean County Powersports, and got Rich in service on the line. He didn't even hesitate to tell me that I could bring the bike in and not to worry they could fix it and get me on my way. These guys are awesome! They didn't kill me with the price either and even put a beadlock in while they were at it. Maybe when I purchase my next bike it will be the Africa Twin as I can't think of a better place to buy it at and I know I will have a top notch service department behind me. Brought my motorcycle over they drove it three times charged me an hour labor for $200 and didn't fix a thing

Do not trust them on- all aspects of their business- talk to your Freinds and others before dealing with them. Had service done on my can -am spyder received text work completed - reviewing the bill notice comment -tire should be replaced". No call from them- I called them to ask about tire - I was informed "ok to ride but I wouldn't ride it on wet roads for tire is down to wear bar." Had them replaced the tire; only to go on a group ride when a fellow rider noticed that the belt was 1/4" away from the inside gear wheel rim and extending off the on the other side. Inproverly installed! I was fortunate this belt did not let go on the interstate . When management was approached about this issue I was bullied and insulted/ they did not acknowledge there responsibility in this matter - This business has been going through mechanics (look up on the can am website for their training and knowledge (rating) - educate yourself on what they are truly train in and qualify to work on - Ask the question are you paying for qualified experience tech or paying them to learn on your machine? read more

Stopped in to check out their stock and saw a 2021 Rebel 500, which I'd been looking for for a while. Pretty much were left to wander around aimlessly without being approached by a single sales rep, despite it not being very busy. To make a long story short, we had to approach someone in their office to tell them we were interested in buying the bike, guy was probably the least engaged salesman I've ever dealt with in any dealership, and ended up not going through with the purchase after making a deposit because the guy legitimately knew nothing about the product he was selling and made little effort to try. They're lucky that this kind of stuff is in demand right now, because otherwise, I don't know how anything gets sold in this place. Ended up finding the bike I wanted at a place much closer to me and had to wait a little bit for it to arrive, but I was met with much better service and a rep who knew his stuff about the bike and different models of it. Bought a Polaris sportsman 570 trail from them 3/1/2024. My salesman Ryan was great. I had set up an appointment with him by the phone to come in and talk about it more in person. My wife and I went down there, and Ryan was very nice and inviting. I told him exactly what I was there for, and no games or BS was ever in the picture. The machine I wanted was outside and we sat down and ran numbers. We game up with a deal rather quickly. After my wife and I ate lunch and the machine was cleaned up, Ryan drove it up the loading ramp and put it in the back of my truck and it was secured and we were on our way. We had a great experience there and if we are in the market again to buy another machine, I would definitely go there first. read more

I bought a brand new Polaris Slingshot here and paid for a 3 year extended warrantee. BEWARE of this place.! Liars and scam artists. I had the engine light come on. Being a mechanic, I know this is a very simple 10 minute procedure to plug in the code reader to determine the problem. These code readers are proprietary to Polaris, meaning, they are the only ones who have them. I live an hour away, so I made it clear I'd have to stay there with the vehicle when I brought it in, which they agreed to. I made the appointment & brought it in the following week, where the service manager, Scott Barnikow, proceeded to sell me a total line of BS, claiming he was the one I spoke to on the phone and now I have to leave the vehicle there & he also claimed I scheduled a 5000 service, ALL of which is total BS. I'm a mechanic & do all my own service, much better than they do! Stay away from these liars & losers! Nothing but scam artists! Atlantic City Cycle Center will be getting ALL of my business from now on! read more

Nick and Ed were great help to an urgent matter we were having with an order size mistake. My husband and I are going on a trip with our Harley this weekend and a month ago he ordered the incorrect size. Of course we reordered through their account on Amazon which unfortunately a simple mistake was made and the wrong size was sent to us. A sales member gave us a number to the warehouse in which Ed handed me off to Nick immediately, where I was surprised with a turn around time call within 5 minutes. Nick and I figured out the issue. We were able to work out a shipping label back for the incorrect sized helmet and quick shipping of the correct size where we are able to have the correct helmet before our trip! Had the worst experience of my life with dealing with a manager from this place. I called and spoke with john the svc manager. Asking about a speedometer upgrade victory sells on their site for $50 I was quoted around $110 dollars. So I called victory not to complain but attempt to find a dealer that would do it for cheaper. There are forums of riders online that all say they only paid the $50. So of course victory calls them and speaks to the parts department. They told me to speak to jr the manager. So I did and was told the same exact thing that its 50 for the code to unlock and more money for them to hook up a computer and hit enter. So I said that's not what I wanted I would call victory back to see if I could find a dealer that would do it for $50. This is where things take a turn for there worst. About 30min later I get an unsolicited phone call from john the service manager. He was rude and condescending. Telling me he heard I was unhappy with his price and I was reporting him to Polaris. I never said I was reporting anybody and the very fact he called me to aggressively attack me he should no longer have employment with ocean county power sports. I was planning on servicing my bike with them, but not now they have lost a customer for life. Last time I checked this is America I have the right to shop around and find the price I feel is fair. If that hurts your feelings suck it up but don't call me without being asked to and attempt to confront me when you don't even know the situation! read more

they have a great selection however the entire staff is very cold . i bought a bike from evan and he was very helpful up it tell a week after purchase. he no longer wanted to talk to me , guess he had my money. he sent me and my questions to service with a quick bush off like he never met me . i guess the nice guy was fake ..there was no one at the service counter so i asked the parts guy. older gentleman with glasses. again he was to busy to answer some basic oil change questions . basically telling me with a dirt bike to change it every ride . the manual is not clear and all on line.... that sounded a bit much. i finally got a girl at the service dep to talk to me and she went to get my answers from a tech. she came back with a little attitude but some answers about oil change . i asked if it was possible to ask a tech a few quick questions about the cycle i paid over $13000 for and she said i cant talk to them there to busy. if they got a few helpful employees that were happy it would be great they have everything else . me i would be back there.. can you believe there nicer people where i live in phily/. read more

I took my quad in for service for a fuel leak and also a coolant leak. I was told by tony santiago the service manager his mechanics could not find any leaks. However it had a bad cooling fan bearing. It was under warranty so I had them do it. I was told it would be about three days. Three weekends and six non- returned calls later, I finely got the call to pick it up. When tony asked for money I simply ask if there was anything he could do about the price. He immediately became over the top defensive and threading. I was shocked. How could a businesses let such a person represent there company. I paid and I was threaten to leave his shop. He could have been polite I would still be a loyal costumer. Costumer service is important in the days of the social media. I just wanted an explanation or an apology not a fight. read more
