The service itself was good and my car looks the same as before it was damaged however the communication and time it took to receive my car gives it the low score. Back and forth calls and no communication on updates of my car or when I would get it was what caused the most frustration for me , they gave me a solid date of a week and pushed it back a week because it wasn't ready i had to call they didn't tell me it was going to be longer. The second time they pushed it another week i had to call again because they ordered the wrong part. My boyfriend and I were in an accident over 3 months ago. We selected wreck o mend based on a recommendation from the Nissan dealership. Wreck o mend was not communicative, took ages to get back to us and once the work actually happened was incomplete and faulty. They replaced a door, but did not attach it properly, causing the attachments to crack. Additionally, the road nose was so loud we've returned three times to have them correct. It is now the last day we are living in this area and stayed until they closed to have them redo the work. They left the car a mess, white debris everywhere inside the car twice. We've finally just accepted that the car (despite the damage being very minor) will not be returning to its former state pre accident on their watch. Oh and also the backseat seatbelt sign continues to go off and there's no one in the back. I do not recommend. read more

We came here after our car was in a bad accident. You can see all about that in my 'Branning Auto Body' post. I am very happy to say that our car is now fixed. It runs SO much better than it did before any accident and they really did a good job. One reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it took 3 months to get the job done. It was suppose to done by Halloween but we literally just got it back the other day and it's been at Wreck O Mend since the end of September. I understand we aren't the only customers but we paid them over $12,000 and was hoping to have a little bit of a faster job. The other reason why they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because before the job even got started, some employee (i don't have the name) told us "Oh it's too much work." Excuse me? We are paying you A LOT of money (at least to us) and it's your job. Even if it is A LOT of work, please keep it to yourself. That being said, they did do a great job. I had a recurring problem with the front bumper of my Toyota Sienna. It kept coming loose no matter what anyone else, including Toyota, had done. I had done business with Wreck-O-Mend once before and was quite satisfied, so I brought the problem to them. Now, imagine walking into a body shop, and hoping to get an appointment within a week. Well, to my surprise, the OWNER, greeted me, assessed the situation, looked at my car and told me he could fix it. The same day! Right away! They took my van into one of the work areas, offered me a cup of coffee. I got comfortable, figuring I'd be a few hours. Well, again, a very pleasant surprise. The work was done before I sent out ten text messages. The Owner, once again, took me outside to look at the vehicle, and it was like brand new. Plus, they buffed out a scratch in the fender. I was in and out of the shop in less than 90 minutes. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff, the courtesy of the Owner, and the quality of the work done. I was speechless. It took me longer to get a tire put on at Pep Boys than it did to have the bodywork done at Wreck-O-Mend. I was very impressed with this facility. The work done on my car was flawless and the staff was extremely communicative. A large tree branch had fallen on my new car and dented and scratched the hood. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out since the shop said they wanted to repair the damaged area rather than replace the hood all together. I was blown away by the job done. I've had several repairs done at Wreck O-Mend and have had consistently good experiences with them. On a collision repair, they found that the car needed more than the insurance adjuster wrote up. They worked it out with the insurance company (I didn't have to), and repaired the damage properly at no cost to me. On another occasion (not an accident), I brought my car to them because of rain water coming in. They found the problem and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. On a third occasion, I asked them to replace my headlamps because the plastic lenses had become cloudy. They found and installed after-market replacements and did the job for 1/3 what the dealer quoted. I've read Stan N's review and completely agree. They stole everything that had any true value, $800 CASH and an ANTIQUE KNIFE COLLECTION that was in the back seat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I was sent to wreck o mend from my ins. company . What a nightmare. The repair took 3 months and was not right went back and they had to rebuild the front end another 3 weeks and than it went back again because they broke the radio and left orange peels all over the floor. The car was still not right took to a independent party and they pointed out several things done wrong/. The car never ran right or straight after the repairs and I finally gave up and traded the car into the dealership for a loss. in the 6 months from wreck to trade in they had the car 4 months of it.
