When I called for a quote, I talked to Spence who helped me throughout the process and was sure he answered my and my wife's questions. He presented different quotes as requested without any fuss. The crew that showed up at my property to do the work were diligent, hardworking, and performed their job to the max. They removed my old 4.5' fence and installed a 6' fence with 6x6 posts, which is unusual if you look around, as I did as I was out and about around the area, I haven't seen anyone with 6x6 posts, all of them have 4x4 posts, which means that this fence is going to last a very long time in my opinion. Also, the cap and rails on the top of the fence are beefier than most of this style, (2x6). The word I use to describe this fence when I tell my friends about it is Diesel! When the inspector came out to look at it, he walked the fence and was done in about 2 mins, with no questions as I'm sure he was impressed with the quality. if you're shopping around for a fence, make sure you talk to Spencer and the folks at Heartwood Fence.
