Over 40 volunteers staff the store. This year they are celebrating their 45th anniversary. The store is very neat and attractively organized. The clothing area is set up like a boutique with brand name clothes, some luxury. There is a dressing room area where you can try on. Prices seemed reasonable but always do your research. For even more thrifting fun, the Women's Refuge thrift store is right next door. Proceeds from this shop have been helping the community for over 40 years so you can feel good about donating to and shopping at the Tambourine Resale Shop.

Proceeds from this thrift store have gone to help people in need of clothing and food, electricity and water, disaster recovery, and counseling, They visit nursing homes and hospitals and offer services and referrals as needed. The St. Vincent de Paul thrift stores are always a favorite of mine when I can find them. They have large inventories of inexpensively priced, like new items that include furniture, home goods, holiday decorations, clothing, accessories, books, medical equipment, small appliances, and sporting goods. This store has several rooms to explore with a boutique sections offering name brand clothing at a steep discount. There are a number of thrift stores in this area and with its good works, great customer service, large inventory, and inexpensive prices, St. Vincent de Paul is at the top of my list.

Probably 80+ degrees on the second floor (which is the Children's section). We couldn't stay longer than 10 minutes because of the heat. We came in with our 2 year old and 2 month old. An employee said the owner refuses to turn the AC down. Pretty sad.

Additionally they sell jewelry, some of which is locally made from sea glass. Beautiful stuff - see my pictures! Oner is really nice, you should check this place out.
