I went in to buy some accessories for my watch, and just look around in general. I will say, they did help me get my watch band, but from there on it was super awkward. They'd just ignore me, or if another customer walked in, I suddenly didn't exist. Most troubling was a woman who walked in. She was picking up a piece of jewelry. The women all fawned all over her and this jewelry piece. This was during COVID. For some reason, the expense of whatever she was getting excluded her from needing to wear a mask. She said she left in outside in her car, which was right outside the door, but she couldn't be bothered to be asked to go get it. She was too important, and clearly her wealth meant she couldn't possibly spread COVID. My experience until she walked in was ok. Once she was there it was if no one else existed and you were just annoying them. I don't foresee ever returning. read more

What a beautiful store! The front of the store looks like a secret garden which is enchanting and the store holds many attractive gifts. The downside to all of this is that the items in the store are very expensive for what they are. They have items such as soap, flip flops, decorative boxes (almost $300 for a small one!), and jewelry among other items. It's a very nice store if you can afford it. read more

Love the jewelry, the staff is very sweet, but had an odd experience....purchased very expensive earrings on sale. They were put into a cheap bag at check out. Had to give them to my daughter without a box. I called to ask for a box to keep them safe and they said they will not give a box for sale items no matter how much you pay for the jewelry (these earrings were over $250 dollars as a sale price). I feel that is poor customer service as I have spent thousands of dollars over the past few years in this store. read more

I visited this shop two to three times over the course of a couple months, I was looking to buy an Anna Beck ring set (super cute! Look her up!) each time I was not greeted upon walking in. The women working there will look up and see you and not say a word. I walk over to the counter where I sit and stare and inspect all of the designs they have from Anna beck and still none of the women working will ask me if I need help or if I want to see anything. They sit and talk amongst themselves almost as if you ask them for help you'd be inconveniencing them. I walked in today fully committed to walking out with a design, and after a few humiliating minutes of just staring into a case and not wanting to interrupt the women working there, I walked out and instead paid for the shipping from the Anna beck website. I'll never be going back to this store again. Plenty of other very nice stores in vero (katwalk boutique, treasure Lane boutique, sequin, I'll never tell!) that I will continue to give my business to. read more

I've visited this store about 6 or 7 times and not ONCE have any of the salespeople greeted me, asked if I needed help or thanked me for visiting. All they do is stand behind the counter and talk to each other, look at their computers and act as if they aren't there to wait on people. What a bunch of rude, snobby women. They don't deserve to be in business. This past weekend was it for me. I don't care how nice their store is or the items...THEY are NOT nice and I will never walk through their door again. read more

I absolutely love this store and look forward to visiting every year when we are in Vero Beach. Although they don't currently appear to have a website, you can piece together a sense of the quality by visiting Google, Facebook and a couple of other aggregation sites, but I can assure you that that you'll be blown away by their beautiful jewelry and gifts.
