Within minutes of the repair it broke off again they sent the guy out again and he said it needed a plumber problem was this big company didn't have an on-call plumber so we were without a shower for my wife our entire stay. When I checked out I asked about compensation and was told a manager would contact me. I sent a message after not hearing from anyone and am still waiting. Some other issues were tv service with no passwords to watch shows,no instructions on the use of the multiple remotes per TV. The unit is aging and could use an update considering the rates they charge and the grout throughout the unit is disgusting and needs a deep cleaning. I would not recommend VueStay or this unit and will probably resort to small claims court.

My daughter and her 4 friends stayed at Ron's condo unit in OC MD for Senior Week. This is the…read morecondos on 5th street. My dealings with Ron were fine prior to check in day, however once we met in person that changed. First of all the place is very small. The only bathroom in the condo locked from the outside not the inside which I found to be very strange. The place appeared to be very dirty and outdated. He told the girls he would be doing a "mid-week inspection" to check up on things as this is his policy. They get a call from one of the neighbors at 8pm mid week saying Ron is at the place waiting to do the inspection. The girls had to leave their dinner and rush back only to be interrogated as to why there were two extra friends with them. The agreement allowed guests until 10pm at night so they were doing nothing wrong. He threatened that they may not get their damage deposit back since they placed tape on the ceiling to hold a piece of streamer for their friends birthday that day. Needless to say the girls did an excellent job keeping the place tidy and even made sure to run the vacuum every night before bed. The end of the week comes and he shows up at 9:45am for check-out. He insisted only one of the girls could come up to do the walk through with him. When my daughter refused to enter alone and her friend came with her he commented,"what part of only one of you don't you understand." She did not feel comfortable being in the place alone with him. At all three of their encounters with Ron he was very unprofessional and a bit demeaning. I witnessed this at check-in as I helped the girls unload. He was rude and harsh demanding they all line up in front of him so he could review the rules. I will not be renting from this owner in the future and I would advise anyone with girls to be cautious.

The condo we stayed at had all normal appliances-washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, etc. The condo is a 1 BR and was very small but just enough (after all, who spends their time in Ocean City inside at the condo??) Amenities include an indoor pool but no gym, tennis courts, grill, etc. The LOCATION is the main thing about the Decatur house that is unbeatable. It's at 12th and boardwalk; there is a bike rental right next to the building, immediate beach access, and 2 pizza places at boardwalk and 12th! One impt point-the parking is very confusing. The lots are NOT labelled 1,2,and 3! The closest one is 1, the next to the west is 2, and 3 is the farthest with guest spots. The numbers labeling the spots are BASICALLY ERASED and IMPOSSIBLE to read, so please take your time and find your assigned spot! Apparently residents will tow if you are in the wrong spot!
