Unit 401. Beautiful location, but unit needs to be refurbished. Missing socket covers/lightbulbs, wallpaper behind soaking tub torn in multiple places, closets had odd items such as stained pillows and lampshades sitting on the floor. Worst of all was paying for an ocean front room and not being able to enjoy the view because the window seal is broken, so the glass is fogged. The socket covers and lights were replaced during our stay. I emailed Vacasa and sent them photos. So far, the only response I have received is "we know about the windows" and the "socket cover/lightbulbs were replaced during your stay".If they are aware of the windows, it should be mentioned in the listing. Something along the lines of ocean view, through SOME WINDOWS. read more

Loved Belmont 201! Simple check in process through Central Reservations. Very secure building located on the boardwalk close to everything! We had our family vacation here and couldn't be happier. The view was amazing. The kids fished off the pier within walking distance. Stayed 6 nights and used our vehicle to grocery shop, miniature golf and dining out. I will continue to book this place because the balcony/terrace is huge and that's where I love to spend my time read more

NEVER AGAIN!! Unfortunately we are currently in unit 301 for 7 days and have had a horrible experience. 1st day besides noting some lights not working our main sliding door to the deck literally fell apart. Frame around the glass fell apart. it is a very dangerous situation that should have been addressed and repaired before our arrival. I Contacted Vacasa/ VueStay for support and got nothing but plastic runners dropped of at our door and told to lay them through The master bedroom so my family and guests could use that path as the main access point to the deck while not dirtying the carpet... I've been in contact with VueStay via texts and phone calls with the maintenance team daily to express my frustrations and time line for repair but have gotten no resolution. Just the run around and ridiculous excuses that they can't reach any contractors to schedule a repair??? It's now Wednesday and received a text that indicated they MAYBE able to have a repair team out to fix the door on Thursday but no guarantee. I strongly recommend to anyone reading this to find another place to stay, The Belmont & VueStay/ Vacasa provide terrible support services and they are definitely not worth the money they expect you to spend. read more

The condo is nice, although some pictures are not what was in the condo. Was told there would be a roll of toilet paper and there was none. Furniture in master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. I did not like the vinyl furniture in living area. I did like the layout. The view was fantastic. We had a great view of the fireworks. I'm not a fan of the beach, come here for the family so I spend a good deal of the time in the condo. Recommendations put in a lazy boy. Loved Belmont; perfect for the Inlet wine festival. I didn't give 5 stars because it was hard to get in even going by directions via VRBO -Office was closed to get in and there was a bevy of persons waiting toward the evening to get in as time wore on. Once on our balcony it was noisy at first as we conversed having a glass of wine ourselves. Appearantly, next to us they had been drinking for a while. I loved the jacuzzi; the ferris wheel at night from bedroom and coffee pot ready to go-even found extra filters in the cupboard. Per covid we wiped down but place was pretty clean. We had a great time staying here; worked well between the 4 us. read more

I would NOT stay at the Belmont Towers again if they gave us a Condo for FREE and Vacasa is the worst rental company. Warning DO NOT deal with VACASA. If you have a problem try to contact someone locally. The main office is hard to park. They say that if your place is ready early, they will text you. When we got there they told us that they don't open their window till 4:00 and won't help you before then. To start off, the Condo was not clean as said. They tell you that linens and towels will be provided...well they were but we got 4 towels (2 in each bathroom) and 2 wash clothes for 5 people for a stay of one week. NO linens for the sofa bed. They tell you that they will take care of washing the linens, well one of the comforters in the closet smelled horibley of body odor. It had to be washed twice to use. One of the sliding doors lock was broke. Could not open the door to enter the balcony. Floors were sticky and had sand and hair everywhere. When cleaning up a spill in the kitchen the dirt on the rag was gross and black as coal. Seems they haven't cleaned the floor in months. Our feet were black walking barefoot. So we cleaned the floors. In one of the bedroom it smelled like someone urinated on the floor. Here is the BEST part of our stay...the garage door to the parking garage was broke. Kids entered and vandalize our cars and others with Fire extinguishers. Vacasa told us they are NOT responsible for anything that happens in the parking garage. There are NO signs stating "PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK". I was told I could park at the Walmart parking garage but they made sure that they contracted a company to clean the garage floor that was also vandalized. The owners of these condos must not care who takes care of their property because I would NOT let a company walk all over me and embarrass me like VACASA. I guess as long as they get people to pay the rent for the week oh well. Shame on you. Please be aware of who you pick to rent a condo in ocean city. I know I will not come back to ocean city if this how they are going to operate. Rehoboth is wonderful. We just could not get a condo this late in time, so we thought we will just rent in ocean city and drive over to Rehoboth. I sure learned my lesson picking a place that is not worth the money I paid to stay here. I do not recommend anyone to stay here and take the chance to go through what we just went through. read more

Belmont Towers 305! Mold EVERYWHERE, grout & floors were dirty, hair and blood on baseboards, bugs in closet, an actual booger was on the wall, mildew and mold on shower curtains, doors broke, walls haven't been painted for years. We spent over $7000 for the week. Only compensation was $165 refund for the cleaning fee. On top of that, my husband was sick from the mold all week. read more

Extremely disappointed with our stay in 204. The condo was absolutely filthy. Had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. Air vents were black with dirt and dust, floors covered in sand and dirt. Office knew I was bringing my daughter who has a lung condition. Reported to rental office the condition of the condo, received no reply, they would not even refund me the cleaning fee. Other tenants in the building stole our parking spots, and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Family staying in other units complained of mildew smell. Will not be staying at Belmont Towers again. read more

Unit 501 Great place, cant beat the location. You are in the heart of the boardwalk. Not the quietest location but we wanted the excitement of being close to all the attractions. Balcony is great, faces ocean and great for watching the boardwalkers, lol. Unit is clean and has everything you need. We will definitively return to rent again, may even try to buy a place here. Very affordable compared to the NJ beaches. read more

Review for 801 Belmont Towers, Ocean City, MD I would just like to start by saying that we staying in 801 Belmont Towers and this is such a wonderful location. Sitting in the living room and the table, we could see the beach, the boardwalk, the amusement pier and Assateague Island. The furnishings and décor are so nice. The balcony was our favorite place. If there weren't so many things do, we would have been perfectly happy sitting on that balcony all day, enjoying a margarita and taking in the ocean view. At night, we had a perfect view of the light show. This was so nice compared to the other condo's we have rented on the beach in the past, because at night, it was just darkness and the balconies were not private like this one. The pool was a nice size and a great view of the bay area. The one downside is that there are only two elevators for this big building and so it can be slow during busy times. Overall, we have a great vacation and would definitely stay here again. read more

Belmont Towers 505, If I could give it less than one star I would. Lets start off with BED BUGS!!!!!! Our group of 9 came for a bachelorette party looking for a fun filled getaway, which turned into one filled with Bed Bugs and no contact from the rental agency. When we reached out neither airbnb or Vacasa offered any solutions or other accommodations. After reporting the infestation, bites occurred IN ALL OF THE ROOMS INCLUDING THE LIVING AREA. No cleaning supplies or anything way provided to try to limit the spread to personal belongings. We had to go out of our way to purchase several trash bags, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies to limit the spread of the bed bugs to our personal belongings and cars. After we checked out and reported the issues with Airbnb and Vacasa there was no contact to try to resolve this. No refund offered or anything, as we left cleaning staff were getting ready to flip the unit for the next party. Again we have no had anyone reach out to resolve this issue and multiple messages were sent. read more

I stayed in 801 in June of 2017. Great location! Just above the boardwalk, everything you want to do or see is with in walking distance. The balcony was incredible, a great view of the sunrise every morning. The unit: Although the listing states fully equipped gourmet kitchen, I would call it a functional kitchen. Manual can opener, well worn pots, pans were new. For a location known for its crabs, not a pot that you can cook them in. It sleeps 10, but the flatware and place settings were for 8. I purchased my own knives because the head knife that was there was slightly duller than a butter knife. The Realtor: I had to mop the floors when I arrived because the cleaning company contracted did not do a satisfactory job by my standards. The linen company did not pick up the prior parties dirty linen for a week. When they came to pick up the linens, the just walked in at 815am, glad I was caught in my underwear. Lee Yung (I think that is correct) was wonderful, very good with the guests, very polite, greeted every time with a smile and a cordial greeting, he also kept the common areas immaculate. John the building manager, well an ignoramous. Rude, arrogant. For a building that leases to a high number of guests you would think that they would have someone more personable, or at least smiles and says hello. I passed John at least 20 times and just received a stare..... horrible. Lastly the guy with the beard from advantage arrived 30 minutes late on the day of checkout. If you are 10 minutes late it is a $50 fee but I guess they can keep the guest waiting. In the end, great location, nice unit but could use a few additional items. The realtor and contract personnel need to step up thier standard and John should find a career he is happy at. Believe it or not, it will be a strong prospect for our next beach vacation. We stayed at 407 Belmont Towers and we were delighted and impressed by the killer views of the ocean. This is in the perfect spot! The ocean and the boardwalk are just steps away. All the fun stuff of the boardwalk are at your fingertips: Fischer's popcorn, thrashers fries, Kohr Bro's ice cream, and ski ball are all just a two minute walk! The views of the ocean are non-stop, and if you feel like people-watching, you can sit out on the deck and suddenly all the activity of the boardwalk, which was previously obscured pops into view. You're right on the boardwalk in this rental, but it doesn't feel that way until you step outside. Our rental, 407, was well-equipped and the extra-wide deck is really nice for families. I'd also recommend a trip to Assateague National Park, which is a twenty minute drive, door to door, for a change of pace. Highly recommended! read more

Belmont 608. This property was very disappointing. Six of us (2 adults and 4 teenagers) just finished our week stay at Belmont 608 from 7/28/18-8/4/18, rented through Vantage Resort Realty. As soon as we entered the condo I was disappointed. The walls and trim in the unit are very beat up, which wouldn't be a huge issue except that these units are expensive and I feel I am paying to stay in a nicer place. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken. The washer was disgusting...a front loader filled with mold. Vantage attempted to clean this but it was embedded. Kitchen was beautiful, nicest area of the condo. Beautiful cabinets and granite countertops. There were exactly 6 plates, bowls, forks, etc. You had to run the dishwasher or hand wash immediately. One of the 6 dishes were chipped, and Vantage did replace. There is no blender, no spaghetti pot, like a standard sauce pot that can cook 2 lbs of noodles, and the toaster is a toaster oven. Some may prefer that, we did not. The "cable" tv is 6-10 channels. I found it to be less than basic. It rained one day and we couldn't even watch a movie on a basic cable channel. I wasn't expecting premium channels but thought there would at least be the standard 40. There was a water spot with mold in the second bedroom. Nothing was done about that. The floor in this unit is laminate wood. From the moment we checked in, our floors were sandy. You had to wear shoes or you always had sand on the bottom of your feet. I realize this was the beach, but those floors didn't clean up well. The couch had stains and the dining chairs were mismatched. Things I liked: the view was gorgeous. You overlook the pool and can see the ocean and bay and the boardwalk amusement park. The mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. I like the keypad locks so you don't have to carry a key. I have stayed at the Belmont before and loved it, but I will not rent this unit again unless Vantage/ the owner can show improvements to the overall condition of the unit. We complained and Vantage gave us a small refund, less than 10%, but I would still choose another property. read more

This was my second time at this place. The first time was great it and fit my family of 6 nicely. This time it wasn't as great. It still fit the 6 of us but my bed wasn't comfortable at all. The view is great and the furniture is nice. Our key kept getting stuck in the lock as well. The fire alarm went off while we were out and it shut the elevator off. Odd enough this happened both times I was here. When the elevator is running though it takes forever to go up and down the floors. Either way its not bad, you could definitely do a lot worse. I just expected more from it. read more

I've never stayed at Belmont Towers, at first walking in 801 the view was beautiful, then it started to go down hill, sand all over the floors in every room and all over the shower floors, dust all over the furniture it looks like it never was cleaned or things replaced in while, the living room tv remote was missing. (Cleaning lady came back and vacuumed)Then I went to my bedroom and I picked up the pillow and there was a bedbug planted into the pillow I was so disgusted. We shrugged it off and figured maybe it was dead a long time and no one looked or complained, my sister was bit 5 times that night and we rewashed our sheets again, the next day the was a live one crawling on my pjs! (I threw it out) we rewashed again and I got a bit on my foot and my sister got one on her arm! This is a disgrace for the money my family paid. Another cleaning lady came dropped off a remote but there was no live cable tv, the dining room table has funk all over it. You could wipe it down and it still came back. I think my brother who generously booked this for us and raved about it should get another free week in a cleaner place.Not to mention the door to the elevators was always opened so anyone could go up to the pool, there was no air condition in either hallway. The property should be ashamed of themselves. What a horrible experience. If it weren't for my family I would have spoke to management immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! We stayed in unit 509 in August 2016. This could be excellent but failed badly to meet the cleanliness standard for a "luxury" condo. The location provides outstanding access to the boardwalk and includes two numbered parking spots. There are beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean and bay. The furnishings and decor are charming, but the upholstered pieces in the living room are filthy. This condo has tons of potential but desperately needs a thorough cleaning. There are no cleaning supplies for counters or bathrooms and no dish detergent beyond a container for the dishwasher. You need to supply absolutely everything for yourself. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans but no seasonings not even salt and pepper. We are here at the end of the season and anticipate that this unit may have been in better condition at the beginning of the summer. read more
