I looked and looked and asked everyone I know. No one had a great recommendation. And then I found Beach Vision and Dr Kevin Brantley, and the entire experience was amazing. He agreed that my prescription was tricky but he promised to get it right. After the extensive eye exam, he had me talk to Brandy, who is one of the optician/techs who help select and measure the glasses prior to ordering. She was amazing! Thoughtful, and helped me pick out some frames and then matched the prescription. Amber at the front desk was great at triaging me through the process and her follow ups were excellent. Finally when I picked up the glasses, she had me sit with Chelsea, another of the optician/techs and she made a few adjustments for comfort and when I was finished, the glasses fit well, and my vision is back!! Both the gentleman at the front and the receptionist (who barely would speak to me) were both unwelcoming and rude.When speaking with the gentleman to order my glasses when asked the basic question of what can I add on he waved around a list and wouldn't answer my question and when I asked to read it he shoved it at me and said "can you read this?!" And showed me the paper with the abbreated add ons. At that point I shut down and dont want to pay to add anything on, I'm not going to spend my money here. He was extremely rude to both my husband and I to the point where we both shocked and said something back to him at which point he apologized and he had to correct himself and take back what he said. After confirming my glasses we leave and as we are buckling our son in, he proceeds to follow us to the parking lot demanding I pay an 80 dollar bill that had not been disclosed before, never had to pay anything before the appointment and no one ever said anything until I left the building, so insane which is very unfortunate considering how great the dr is.

Then I go to another room and wait 32 minutes for the doctor. While his 'bedside' manners are exemplary, I think that his doting on each patient is what poses the delay. BUT MIND YOU, I LIKE HIM and when its your turn for the extra care, it feels good. Then next... years ago I was seen at this location and purchased a top notch pair of unique eyewear. Bummer!
