A couple of years ago, I lost my last amazing…read morepair of glasses in the ocean, and had to go to another eye doctor/optician/optometrist (For Eyes on International) and even after returning to complain because my vision was blurry, I gave up recently and started researching other eye doctors. I looked and looked and asked everyone I know. No one had a great recommendation. And then I found Beach Vision and Dr Kevin Brantley, and the entire experience was amazing. He agreed that my prescription was tricky but he promised to get it right. After the extensive eye exam, he had me talk to Brandy, who is one of the optician/techs who help select and measure the glasses prior to ordering. She was amazing! Thoughtful, and helped me pick out some frames and then matched the prescription. Amber at the front desk was great at triaging me through the process and her follow ups were excellent. Finally when I picked up the glasses, she had me sit with Chelsea, another of the optician/techs and she made a few adjustments for comfort and when I was finished, the glasses fit well, and my vision is back!! These glasses perform well and I love them. Thank you Dr Brantley, Brandy, Amber and Chelsea!!

The doctor seemed disengaged, barely listening to any of my concerns when I shared them. Instead of addressing my questions, she didn't want to listen to me and to make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude, disorganized and unhelpful. It was clearly evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. This doctor seems to be stuck in the 80's - office is quite unkept and worn out which I should have recognized immediately. The doctor does not have a website or email and is very hard to reach if you have concerns unless you call or visit the location. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this eye doctor to anyone seeking quality care and respectful service. 0 out of 5. She seemed extremely cold and very disinterested. It's a shame that such a crucial service provider lacks basic courtesy, business skills and professionalism.

I left and came back with the apt letter that was mailed to my mom's address for 9-9-16 at 10:30. I drove my mom over 40 miles to get to this apt. The receptionist just said it was a mistake and she didn't make it. I will look for another doctor for my mom to see after this waste of my time.
