We walked about 10 minutes over the long wooden bridge leading from the park to the beach. It was so clean and calm, a welcomed break from the crowds of the popular touristy locations. Perfect for relaxation. The water was perfect a temperature and clear. I plan on returning for their kayaking/paddle board experiences and other activities!

And the beach itself is great! The water is actually so clear, I wasn't sure how it's be since it is atlantic side, and some of the more northern atlantic beaches are pretty murky, but the water here is just as pristine and crystal as they come! Tons of shells as well, especially some really cool orange-striped ones. I loved the day I spent here and wanted to stay longer, though the weather when I went did not bode well for that. Only downside I could think of is parking might get a little tricky because there's not a real big lot, but if you get there early you can get a front row and it's free! I will certainly be back and would definitely encourage you to come if you're debating!

We ended up laying in the shade under palm trees when it got hot out. The beach was clean, and seaweed was cleaned up through the day. Nice sand/ champagne shores/ great swimming, all without paying for hourly parking. Often found parking right across from park pavilion and showers. The park offered clean bathrooms as well. Came to this beach multiple days during my vacation, and definitely will visit again!

Arrived at Riviera Beach public marina to launch our boat into the water. Extremely busy but…read moremanaged to be 2nd in line to one of the ramps. Scorching sun but only a ten minute boat ride to the island where hundereds of boats were anchored. We anchored the boat 10 feet from the edge of the island and floated on rafts in the hip deep clear water. The edge is rocky so dive boots highly recommended. The current was strong and other nearby boats merged into one another so you must stay alert or get squashed. No aquatic life observed. Walked around the island and noticed the garbage cans were overflowing, so not really sure who manages the island. A few picnic tables and public bathrooms deeper into the island. Small wildlife can be seen in the heavy brush. Fun time but bring sunscreen, water and snacks.

The shuttle boat costs $25 for adults, and $12 for children. It's a quick boat ride over, approximately 5 min. Shuttles run about every 15 min to and from the island. Tickets can be purchased online, or in person. Everyone is given a wristband which is how the shuttle employees keep track of who's paid for the round trip shuttle service. It's important to note alcohol is not allowed onto the island, if you're carrying bags, coolers and carts over it will be checked. It's a fun day trip with so much to do on the little island.

These people are rude and don't care about any issues you may have. They claim that the umbrellas are "complementary" and that I only rented 2 chairs so that they can decide when to put them out. My reservation clearly states 2 chair AND umbrella. We will not be coming back here again. The management at the "resort" aren't very friendly either. Stay away! You can't bring your own chairs and umbrella either since the beach area behind the hotel is private.

Most of it is in the City of Riviera Beach, but the town of Palm beach shores occupies its southern tip. Singer island was named for Paris Singer, the famous developer of Palm beach, who was the 23rd and next to last child of Isaac Singer, the sewing machine millionaire ,Paris Singer visited Florida in 1917 and purchased a home in Palm Beach. I found it by parking in the parking lot for Kagan Park and walking along the Lake Walk at Pelican Lake. When I spotted this walkway and sign, getting to go to the beach was just icing on the cake as part of a lovely park experience. The walkway from the access point sign to the actual beach is kind of long, but it is fully fenced on both sides, so very safe for little kids to skip along. It was exciting to hear the ocean waves become louder and louder as we got closer. Sweet anticipation! The path is fully paved with a very gradual incline, which is great for strollers and wheelchairs. At the end, a few stairs go down onto the beach area, but the water is full in view from the top of those little stairs. On the beach we found a couple of kite boarders setting up, but overall the beach was pretty quiet and private. I would definitely visit here again as part of a larger hangout involving Pelican Lake and Kagan Park.

My grandpa was a plumber and told us stories about the construction (and plumbing) in many of today's historic landmarks along the waterfront promenade. It was always fun to go to this beach with my family and get a scoop of coconut ice cream at the end of the day as a treat. A hundred years later, the area has changed dramatically, but is still such a beautiful place to visit. So nice to be able to spend a day enjoying the crystal blue ocean and walk on the powdery soft sand which is not hot during the winter. Bring a towel, sunscreen and your sunglasses. Pack a picnic lunch. Build a sandcastle with your kids. Parking is available along the road for $6 an hour using the mobile app. Note: no bathrooms are available. Thanks to the nice real estate agent at the end of Worth Avenue who let us use her restroom at the end of our day.
