Everything is easy to find and if not, again, the staff helps. Taking a star off because they never have bags. As I walked out the door she continued to talk to the other customers about why she had to speak up. What was even more agitating is as I was talking on the phone she was taking care of another customer in the line. She did not even have to wait for me. I was just passing time, even if my voice was loud, This behavior was both inappropriate, disrespectful and against customers privacy. I'm confident this is not a practice employees are encouraged when it comes to code of ethics with a Dollar Tree. As a loyal customer of Dollar Tree, I have always valued the welcoming and respectful atmosphere of your store. However, this recent experience has left me disappointed. I believe that all customers, including myself, deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy while visiting your establishment. I would like to request that this matter be addressed promptly. However, I noticed a sick/injured bird in the parking lot on the way in, and I wanted to help. I knew it was a long shot, but after some failed Google attempts, I asked the cashier if she knew of any nearby wildlife rescues. She and two others helped me to investigate, gave me a box for the bird (with air holes), and all showed the same concern that I had. Sadly, the bird passed away on the way to the rescue, but I'd like to give the employees five stars for the non-traditional customer service and for being wonderful human beings. It's nice to know there are still kind, compassionate people out there. Thanks again! Note for any senior managers who may be reading this: The store was nearly empty at this time (I may even have been the only customer there), so the help I received did not affect these employees' normal duties in any way.

No. They do it to convenience you. I have experienced it. Further, I had an armload of stuff yesterday. A staff member kindly brought me a basket b/c she saw it was a bit of too much to carry. I was pleased. Another great thing is that they let you use MULTIPLE coupons! I had a little over a hundred dollars worth of stuff, and I saved $30!
