Well, here you get to get a second pick of those pallets. The inside is very much a hodgepodge of broken boxes and random items. To entice others, they leave a few items of reasonable cost stuck in the detritus of shelves, they also hide a premium table in the middle of the store where you get to fight a mob of fellow shoppers for some of the picks of the litter. It's entertaining in a thrift store with fomo mentality. Some items are worth the splurge, but most are very random specialty parts of questionable quality or weird and funky items you never really knew existed. Give it a try if you're brave, but temper expectations. It can be a random waste of a couple hours, but sometimes you find the diamond in the rough, and getting the bargain can be a win as well

Especially since she was saying these things with the manager so he also went along with this. I understand working retail is difficult as I also work as a cashier, but it made me and other customers around anxious and uncomfortable. I normally shop here because the aisles are large enough to navigate a wheelchair but the man at the checkout may have been my final straw. He had an attitude with no patience or tolerance. I told him the glass jar I wanted to buy had no price. He promptly snatched it from my hands and said, " I cannot assess this for a price and I cannot sell it to you". And chucked it in a bin somewhere. Even if that's policy, there is a better way to have handled this. I guess I'll just go to Goodwill, which tends to be way cheaper anyway and they price on the spot.

She makes greeting cards and this is where she found all the supplies and beyond for her craft. If you're at all creative, this is your store. Everything is here. They have all types of paints, with every type of finish, from matte to glitter. There's poster boards, that come in a whole rainbow of colors, with tie dye effects, clouds and butterflies. They have home decor, for whatever your style might be. There's some really cute decor for a kid's or a baby's room. As far as pricing, most items are priced average to other retailers that sell the same product. At Hobby Lobby you might find a 30 - 40% sale. For some reason the registers are not equipped with scanners, so the cashiers have to manually enter each sale. This sounds like so much more work than it needs to be. Hobby Lobby is a great store for anyone that's at all creative. They have yearn, thread, beads, paper goods, pens, even party supplies.
