After bankruptcy, Bed Bath and Beyond moved to online. They consolidated with overstock .com. Their customer service is now NONEXISTENT. I ordered a desktop in color brown which when it arrived, I did not like the color. I wanted to exchange it for black and they wouldn't take it back because brown is what I ordered! No resolution made and they don't care anymore like they did in the store. At least in the store, you can see it and decide that it's not what you want. I recently visited this location with the intention of running in, grabbing a sheet set, and leaving quickly to take care of other errands. However, I noticed a sick/injured bird in the parking lot on the way in, and I wanted to help. I knew it was a long shot, but after some failed Google attempts, I asked the cashier if she knew of any nearby wildlife rescues. She and two others helped me to investigate, gave me a box for the bird (with air holes), and all showed the same concern that I had. Sadly, the bird passed away on the way to the rescue, but I'd like to give the employees five stars for the non-traditional customer service and for being wonderful human beings. It's nice to know there are still kind, compassionate people out there. Thanks again! Note for any senior managers who may be reading this: The store was nearly empty at this time (I may even have been the only customer there), so the help I received did not affect these employees' normal duties in any way. read more

I truly dislike the wedding registry at BB&B. It doesn't tell you where things are and everything is so confusing. Plus for the completion they tell you which store to go to and what day to use it; which isn't convenient for anyone. I have never been treated so poorly at a BB&B before like I had been at this one. I was using the complimentary free gift wrapping station and the size box I needed didn't have a bottom piece to it. When I went to customer service to tell someone, the cashier treated me like I was incompetent because "there's two pieces that you need to pull out." Okay it wasn't my first time at a gift wrapping rodeo. After another ten minutes of waiting someone else finally came over and was surprised that there weren't any boxes in that size left. Like I said. So she let me take the display box. Overall, if my friends didn't register at BB&B I probably wouldn't step foot into another one and just do all my shopping online where it would get gift wrapped for me and no one would treat me like an idiot. read more

This seems to be a smaller BB&B store. It's not as large and aisles feel a little narrow and cramped. They didn't have the product I was looking for, but the associate was helpful in looking it up in their system and offering to order it for me. read more

I have been to this location a few times for returns and purchases. The employees are very friendly. It is always very clean and well stocked. No complaints and is designed as the rest. read more

The store is clean and well stocked but the last two employees I've dealt with were terrible! One accused my Mom of putting a different price tag on a picture frame so we didn't have to pay the full price...seriously?! That's ridiculous!! They were all labeled incorrectly and when she finally figured it out she didn't apologize to her she just acted like a brat. We spoke to the manager about her and the situation and he was great and very apologetic. I had to return something recently and the cashier must not have kids or grandkids. My daughter loves to help push the buttons on the card machine and I always let her because she does what I tell her to and really what's the big deal? The cashier was so annoyed when my daughter touched the card machine and the bottles hanging on the wall that are right at kid height and told her to stop touching everything more than once. I was so tempted to let her play with everything and make a huge mess. Relax lady...not only am I handling the situation with my child but I would never leave a mess or leave anything out of place. It's not her place to tell my child what to do especially when I'm handling it myself as her mother. I'm sure she's seen lots of kids destroy the store and have parents who don't care but that's not me. I've never left a mess that my kids have made and I always teach them to respect everything and everyone. read more

Have always enjoyed the selection and outstanding service at this store. Several months ago I received some outstanding customer service from one of the managers-Teresa. She was really very helpful and couldn't do enough to help me out. I was the store the other day and unfortunately learned that she transferred to another store. read more

My Breville espresso machine broke so I went to exchange it but this store didn't have any left so I got the De'Longhi to try. When I opened it it looked used for one. But I was willing to clean it up and try but the buttons kept flashing and when I troubleshot it (is that the past usage of troubleshoot?) anyway, it said that it was warming up so I left it for a while but they never stopped flashing. I turned it off and and tried to brew a cup of espresso which it did but it was really watery. The steam wand made crackly hard froth that just separated the milk instead of making a creamy foam and it just sucked. I'm returning this yet again. The weird thing was that when I bought it, the associate went to get a key to unlock the security but noticed that one of the boxes wasn't secure and was like "we'll just take this one since I don't do have to unlock it" and I noticed that the box looked a little worn but he was like, don't worry about that it's fine. Great location, standard store. Vast array of anything and everything you need for the home, plus "for no reason" items like candy. I do enjoy visiting this location. especially with a coupon in tow. I almost always find what I need, even if the prices are a little higher than I would like to pay. For example a bathroom rug could easily be $39.99 which is steep to me...I feel $19.99 would be more appropriate for a bathroom rug that you end up throwing away and changing out after a year or so. But they do have a great selection of styles and colors for bathroom accessories, curtains for windows and also shower curtains! One thing to note: their clearance section is usually still pretty pricey AND you also cannot find pairs of things very easily. I went to this location with my mom this past weekend who was excited about the clearance section...needless to say she was not happy when she could not find two of the same curtain she liked....but if you are not shopping clearance you will be able to find pairs of all your favorites!!
