Needed a desk for my office and in my mind I knew what I wanted but really didn't. Friend recommended this place so while on vacation I popped in for a look. The store associates were very helpful in directing me to what I ultimately purchased which was one of those stand up / sit down desks. Ken was my helper and I am sure he too would say I was very easy to work with. My only criticism comes on the delivery side of the business. I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.

Uh, no. If it wasn't a straight up lie so I'd buy a pellet stove, it's pure ignorance. If you don't know just say so. Don't make stuff up. I patiently listened to the guy try to sell me a pellet stove, then a pellet furnace, even after I clearly stated I wanted something that didn't require electricity...which I reminded him of after the furnace pitch to which he replied "just get a generator." I was gonna buy their last coal stove but no thanks. Not listening to me=no sale. I went to Fuel & Flame instead bc If they don't know something they say so, or find out, and they do not attempt to blow smoke up (you know where) or sell me crap I don't want. 3 stars because they did have the damper I needed, and the store is neat, well lit, and stocked to the ceiling with pellet stuff (if that's your bag, man.) This morning, I placed an order because it said same day delivery was available. I waited all…read moreafternoon but they never came. So I checked the tracking and it said they tried to deliver but couldn't. That's crazy! I've been here all day! I called customer service and was told that the driver could not find the address and, therefore, they can't deliver it until tomorrow. My options were cancel the order or get it a day late, not even until midday the day after. The Home Depot is so big that they don't care about their customers. Losing a homeowner the next town over means nothing to them. They don't need the business and don't mind losing it. I am done with Home Depot at this point. You mess up and I am the only one inconvenienced or paying a price?! There are other options in the area: Koopman's for a locally owned place or Lowe's for the big box store. Even Walmart probably carries the items I ordered. I would have gone to one of these places this morning had I known Home Depot would not be coming but they waited until the end of the day when smaller hardware stores are closed to tell me they are not coming and to offer nothing in return. We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers…read more Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.
