Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.

We bought a beautiful Amish king size bed less than 4 years ago. All of a sudden one of the support…read moreposts fell out of the slates from under the bed. I contacted Jerry and through a somewhat heated discussion, he explained that we put the bed together incorrectly. I explained that we were never told that there was a top and bottom to the slats. Surfice it to say after talking to Jerry and taking the bed apart we did follow his guidance and put the bed together the correct way without having to hire someone to repair the bed. He also explained that we should not be moving the bed without disassembling it (removing the mattress and box spring) because the mattress and box spring are very heavy. This seems a bit of an ordeal that every time we need to move the bed to clean under it we have to move a very heavy mattress and box spring which is really too heavy for us to move. Let this be a tale of caution, be sure to get written instructions and/or a picture of how to put the bed together.

Now almost 25 years later that mattress is still good-as-new and we have now bought several more over the years as other brands have eventually failed. Therefore when we needed to go mattress shopping in Boston, I checked to see if there were any of these around and that's how we found Rudy and Carlos. Amazing customer service. That's how we found the Bedding Center and Charles Falugo! Charles could not have been more helpful. He offered us a great deal, quick delivery time and just all around excellent service. That first night we were SO COMFY! About a month later we moved out of our RV for the winter and back in to our brick and mortar house. Guess what? We missed the RV mattress! So we called Charles and he was more than happy to send us a duplicate; even going so far as to honor the pricing which had changed since our first purchase.
