I know that we are just finishing up our project and there may be a few odds & ends to complete, but I did not want to wait to share my feedback on our home renovation project. When it comes to our beach house, we like to say "the tans fade, but the memories last forever". This place is much more than a house to us, it is a home where we have spent many years watching our girls grow up, friends laugh and memories get made. And, from the very first day, your entire team treated it as if it was their own home. This includes Oleg, Wade, Costa, Jesus, Jamie, Roman, Mike, Phil and anyone else I may have missed. What an outstanding crew! A few other things that I feel are worth mentioning, and are why we have already referred several clients to you: 1) You approached the bid process and the project execution with a high degree of professionalism and you communicated very well with me & my wife - This builds confidence and trust which was our #1 buying criteria 2) You were highly professional and always respectful of our home and our time - we don't ever offer up the keys to our home, but with this team, we never had one minute of concern 3) You talk-straight and treated us fairly- It was always clear to us that you gave options that had our best interest first, made recommendations that looked ahead to anticipate and avoid future problems and you always provided options, but with a point of view about what was the best path to take (Wade is excellent at this). And, while you were not the lowest bidder, you were reasonable, fair and transparent at all times when it came to your fees. That is what wins repeat business and referrals and you have clearly figured that out. 4) You make and keep commitments - The work you did was of solid quality, on-time and as promised; I also have no doubt that if there are any issues that come up later, that you will stand behind your work and do whatever it takes to make it right. That is the earmark of a truly successful company. 5) You go above and beyond - Taking those little extra steps to make sure that we were pleased goes a long way; Wade and the guys saved my back by moving that storage container; Phil even alerted me to someone illegally parked at the house when we weren't there. The pictures you sent us throughout the project kept us informed and feeling connected, even when we could not be there. The cadence and amount of communication with us, especially from Phil and Wade, was perfect. Please share this note with the team and anyone that I may have missed. What a great company. We are a 3 building 39-unit HOA. Ocean Towers was recommended by a reputable engineer in the area to bid on a large job. During that process, the owner and project manager made recommendations on alternative materials to use for our roof replacement. They swiftly provided all the necessary information and samples of the roof - A GacoFlex. The company is a certified installer and servicer. The price to install this roof thousands less than the typical asphalt roof saving our HOA over $100K. We hired the company after checking local references. They were professionals to work with before, during and after the installation. They kept us in the loop at all stages of the install and addressed any concerns we had throughout the job. They started on time and completed as promised. Since the completion of the work, we hired them for another job. We will be working with this company in the future. read more

I would definitely recommend Ocean Tower Construction for any of my household repairs and water damage. I met with the owner Mr. Shakirov and he sent Ronald Hudson to come and estimate the damage. Then Mr. Shawn Coleman also came to my home to evaluate the damage and what had to be done. Dave and Eddie were at me home early for two weeks and cleaned up every day. Sandy Lane Estates hired Ocean Tower Construction to refinish 3 roofs for our association. The work was completed over the summer when the condo's are heavily used. You hardly know Tom and his crew were on the roofs working. They did a great job, were very clean, and worked around renters.
