You're creating this experience for a child, maybe put some effort into it? Seems like they are there for a paycheck, and that's it. My kids picked some charms, added them to the collars. There was no explanation of anything else. What a crappy experience. Seems like a great idea but you need people that actually want to be there and like kids, not the people you had working.
