They seem to sell mostly name brand juices. Their devices are limited and older models but in a pinch they will suffice. I still can't believe they repackage wire and cotton. The store is the cleanest in the area. Which is saying a lot. However they need to really step up their game. The social media presence is nearly nonexistent. It just doesn't feel like a genuine shop. Someone who vapes regularly can't afford to make this shop their main source for juice. They need to run weekly specials regularly. Move some of their older juice. Have some sales on old product and get the new hot mods in their place. They could also try to create a House juice line that is no more than 37 cents per milliliter. Not just repackage juice sourced from other sources. I spend $40 a month on juice and none of that goes into my local shops.

So today I went into the store and explained the situation to the condescending person behind the counter an he tells me there's nothing he can do since the package was opened. How else was I able to find out if they worked? I was told no refunds or exchanges and that I had to take it up with the manufacturer. They just lost a customer over 6$.. So after buying another pack of pods from a different location the Lambo device just stopped working, it's officially dead. Guess I won't bother returning it.. I'm sure they'll just tell me to call the manufacturer.

I'm giving four stars because the sitting area needs some work. With people coming in from Ventnor, margate and cape I was expecting the leather sofa to not be ripped and faded. The other chairs were uncomfortable & run down. It also needs some ambiance, maybe a paint job and some photos or cigar boxes on the walls. Something that shows that management wants it's customers to be comfortable. I would go back to pick up cigars to smoke outside when it's warmer. I wish the owners realized what a gem they have here & what it could really be with a little upgrade.

There is a large humidors with quality cigars including ligas, acids and other free estate as well as diesels, cao, and everything else you have seen in bigger shops. There is a nice lounge in the back and the guy working was VERY knowledgeable and very relaxed. No pressure or rushing. I will absolutely be back here every time I am down that way! I bought a vape that did not work, so I went back to see if I could get a different one, being that I had bought the vape literally 3 or 4 hours before returning. The cashier was extremely rude and practically accused me of lying. He then took the vape out of my hands and sucked on it and blew the tiniest vapor out, and claimed it was just fine. In my experience, new Elf Bars have flavor and a dense amount of vapor. The fact that the employee just started chonging on the vape that I brought back, with no regards to his own personal health, and then claiming that it's fine, that was the last straw. I told him that vapes arent meant to have no flavor and very little vapor when they are new. The employee ripped the cash register open and just gave me the cash that the vape cost. He refused to allow me to exchange for another vape, and was extremely rude to me as I explained my situation. I have NEVER had this bad level of customer service. I felt like I was being questioned for something that he clearly knew was off. Avoid this place at all costs, this experience was truly a disgusting one. The fact the employee just kept the vape and wouldn't stop sucking on it (while barely any vapor came out) and basically seemed to be profiling me and my friend as we walked in the door. I don't know why he'd give me my money back if the vape was legit. He knew and was being very petty and discriminatory towards us. I don't mean to play a victim card, but this was just a bad overall experience. PS: The employee was seemingly very sneaky with another customer and brought out some stuff that may or may not be a legal item to sell in a store like that. Someone should look into this, as it's obviously a front for something else.
