I was able to see Dr. Brian at 11 AM, and he was truly a lifesaver. He took the time to listen, assess my injury, and clearly explain what was going on with my back. His treatment immediately relieved so much of the pressure and discomfort I was feeling. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is passionate about helping people heal. Until a friend told me to go see DR, Brian in vista ca He spent about a hour listening to me give him history about my back while putting me on several machines that massage and stretch my back wow! $40 bucks and I feel great! I have been seeing Dr. DeClerk since I was in high school while preparing for Division 1 college softball in 2007. My tune ups kept me feeling strong after long weekends. Now it's 2024 and I still can't live without Dr. DeClerk! Any time something is bothering me or my husband and kids, we go straight to Ocean Vista Chiropractic. The pain he has relieved in mg back, ankle, foot, elbow, ribs, I could go on forever. He fixes everything and also gives you exercises to do at home if you have weaknesses causing your issues. I know everyone's mileage will vary with this type of service, but I wanted to journalize my experience here. I will premise this review by saying, I don't really like chiropractors... however, my shoulder often sub-luxes and I cannot always pendulum swing it back into place with a dumbbell.... I have been seeking treatment here for about a year, for everything from TMJ, to sciatica, to my rib and numerous shoulder dislocations. Eh. I once came with a dislocated rib, and he had a 50/50 chance of pushing the right way... I knew even before laying face-down that it was wrong, and told him so... he followed through with his instinct anyway and had to peel my wailing ass off the table, flip me over and correct his mistake. It was traumatic for me and I learned that ribs are hard to fix. I ended up at urgent care (who said they could do nothing) the following day and then to an orthopedic doc within a week or so after. When I feel my rib start to pull up, I have now learned at PT how to fix it myself. Today it's Thursday; he told me last week to pop on over for treatment (shoulder is locking) after my shift ended at work at 1 pm.... probably my fault for not checking Yelp, but heh... the office closes at 1 Thursdays. Overall, I bought a prepaid package I am trying to use up. Most likely I will not return as this is a cross-town drive for me. No pros and cons. read more

Thank you, thank you Ocean Vista chiropractic for saving my thanksgiving! I am new to the north San Diego county area, and have been hurting for a well over a week or so. I was getting worse instead of better, and could no longer turn my head to the right or look down because of the searing pain in my neck and right shoulder. Out of miserable desperation I called Ocean Vista, and they got me right in. Dr. DeClerk checked me over, adjusted my entire neck and back, and I feel better than new! This is a long time due review. i had seen chiropractor in my first visit he said 10 visit he will fix my back issue. everytime he cracked my back and then again i purchased a bulk chiropractor appointments. still no use. he will crack everything except fixing the problem. this was becoming continuous on confronting with chiropractor he said he can do nothing and wanted me to keep continuing his useless cracking. useless money making doctor. his wife is rude and always interferes during the consultation. She feels insecure when the doctor is having a discussion with you and gets very nosy. very unprofessional. read more

Dr. De Clerk is excellent, he really knows how to address a variety of health problems. I am still amazed after one visit, and manipulation of sorts to my foot, that my plantar fasciitis has never hurt since! (6 months+!). Who knew it would be as simple as going to the chiropractor to get rid of that pain. I had bought rollers, a night brace and lived with foot pain for months before Dr. De Clerk fixed it in one visit! Look no further! Dr DeClerk is a miracle worker. He usually fixes my problem In one visit! I have had problems with SI joint pain, he fixes that. I have pulled several ribs out of place and he fixed that. Today I went after suffering for days thinking I pulled a muscle in my lower and upper left side of back and he immediately pushed on the vertebra that was out of alignment and a few adjustments later he fixed that. Now hours later I am 95% better!!! I'm sure tomorrow it will be even better. Don't lay around suffering taking addicting narcotics go see him! He will not talk you into coming 3x a week for 6 weeks like some Chiropractors. He always says, "come back in a few days if you need to." His wife runs the front and she greets you will a bright smile and she is always happy. They are dog lovers and she has two of her older dogs behind the counter. You never even know they are there! Our family has been going there for over 3 years. Dr. Brian is amazing with sports injuries. Also all those nagging, "I'm getting older and this hurts", issues. Last month he was treating my daughter's sprained ankle from a soccer game and I mentioned my wrist was hurting. I was thinking carpel tunnel and having to go to kaiser and he fixed it in about 10 seconds. There was something out of place and with one slight pull it was back in place and hasn't hurt again.
