I'm honestly pretty skeptical of these other reviews. My experience was a messy and disheveled office, very expensive, chiropractic evaluation was very surface-level and Dr. Wilbert was seemingly uninterested in diagnosing or treating underlying issues, instead "Stonewalling", basically refusal to communicate or cooperate beyond recommending three stretches and "watching youtube". Absolutely not worth $150+ out of pocket. Now, the massage therapist was super cool and well trained, but their services are so expensive and the lack of office organization on Dr. Wilbert's part was concerning especially when trying to request a clinic visit summary and further documentation for my insurance. read more

She is very exact at hitting trouble spots with deep tissue pressure (which I like). I booked my first appointment for Neck and should, then my next for low back. I've been seeing Dr. Wilbert for about 25 years. With that many years of seeing him for chiropractic needs I would say I'm pretty happy with the results. Initially I saw him about twice a week for real acute problems and then went to once a month for many years. About 5 years ago I was stable enough to cut back to one visit every 6 weeks and remain at that frequency now. About 6-7 months ago he suggested I incorporate an hour long massage with "Lisa" his massage therapist after each visit with him. This combination has been working well for me. Between the Adjustments and massage therapy I'm "right as rain". At 67, I'm still pretty active swimming in a masters swim program 3 days a week (9,500 to 10,500 yards weekly). While entering 2-3 ocean swims each year. Consistently walking 16-18 miles per week along with 2 days a week of weight training. Dr Wilbert has been treating my shoulder and neck after being in an automobile accident in August of 2025. The results have been amazing, especially regarding the wipe lash to my neck. It's good for a day and I know I need to see Dr Wilbert for another adjustment. The exercises he has me doing for my shoulder & neck are strengthening me in those areas which is also helping. I have an order for deep tissue work from UCSD. I wouldn't call massage the same thing as deep tissue myofascial work. So I read reviews and called around. Dr. Wilbert was accommodating and professional. He struck all the right notes. He offered a good selection of exercises for my physical therapy needs, and he had a very talented Masseuse named Heart work on my myofascial needs. I liked the room for massage, it was inviting, clean, and pleasant. This was an excellent experience. When I got up off the table I was as "drunk" as could be from getting all those toxins stirred up and the circulation was now unstuck. Heart is masterful. I felt so much better having gone there. I had a bad sudden neck injury on the Fourth of July and had to get seen ASAP. Dr. Wilbert scheduled me in and although my neck is an extreme pain, he took care of me great.
