I show up to my appointment after confirming it , she asked me to come at 5 pm to her location. I show up and she nor her husband (owners) are at the store . I called her again she sets my appointment up and she is in Las Vegas with with husband at the Dema show . There's a young man at the location that wants to take my name and number and will have the owners call me back . I explained I was just on the phone with her. Why would anyone set up an appointment and confirm it if they were going to be out of town . There clearly was none there that could give me a price to wrap my truck . I called her while sitting outside her building . I told her I drove 35 mins in traffic on a Friday evening at 5 pm to make her appointment time she set up only to have no one there . I was furious and had wasted 1 1/2 of my time . She did nothing but apologize, but could not answer the question if you knew you were going to be out of town why set up the appointment. Why not just say to me we are scheduled to attend dema in Las Vegas . Why not just be up front and say let's meet when I'm back in a couple days . I'm sorry but anyone without that insight will not be working on any of my vehicles of property. I will never work with them again . Fair warning I don't think the establishment can be trusted .

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it!
