I called and texted the manager and 1800# for an entire month, and no one has responded or followed-up at all, which is disappointing. Then we had a couple of issues with one cleaning and then she went completely dark on us. Her team came into clean. When we came home only 1 hour passed and then the team was gone. We start using our stop top and there was white color all over the metal plate and metal grill. We tried to clean the stove top and nothing would work. To this day it has marks all over it. This was a brand new stove give. We reached out to Lourdes. At first she was quite understanding, but mentioned she was on vacation for 2 weeks. We scheduled time when she got back and she didn't show. We then called and text multiple times to no reply. It is disappointing because this issue could have been solved. We are looking at small claims court for the stove top.

I expect fireplaces to be cleaned out, sheets changed, area rugs to be lifted and swept underneath, furniture to be moved, cabinets to be wiped down inside and out...and I expect them to show up close to on time and not cut any corners... basically, a list of things that most normal cleaners would look at me and say "you're crazy lady" and leave. Given how high my standards are, it is no wonder that I've tried over 10 different people and companies over the years before I found Lourdes and Leticia. Their attention to detail is excellent and they go way above and beyond what typical cleaners would do. They go inside my refrigerator and tidy the shelves and clean them. They wash windows and leave mirrors gleaming. They even sweep my front steps and patio, and will do anything extra that I ask of them. I couldn't give a higher recommendation and am so grateful to have them keeping my house neat and clean week after week. They are reasonably priced, and also happy to use all the eco friendly products I buy and use those instead of the regular toxic stuff (I've had people who insist that the eco products don't work as well so they refuse to use them). I've referred them to some friends, all of whom have been extraordinarily happy with them. They do all of the east bay and both live in Oakland, so they'll go anywhere in the East Bay.
