This is a wonderful service! Several days ago I had my windows washed, the flat roofs swept clean, the gutters cleared. All the work was done by one man, Tito, who is a great asset for this company. They arrived right on time and were professional from the start. When they entered the house, they put on booties to protect the floors and worked quietly and efficiently. The results were perfect--crystal-clear windows and spotless gutters. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Tito and Jefferson worked fast, were very professional and extremely helpful to accommodate our 2 dogs we had to keep moving from room to room to avoid problems (they don't like strangers)! They cleaned our gutters in a house in Oakland, CA. The price was fair. Their communication was excellent, especially since coordination between the gutter cleaners, the tenants, and ourselves was needed. They were on time, respectful of the tenants, and respectful of the property. Living far from the job site, it could have been difficult for me to be aware of and address a concern had they decided to do sub-par work. Instead they had the integrity to do superb work. These guys were great. We used them for gutters and removing moss from roof. They came recommended by a neighbor. I called them after the big storm earlier in October, so they were booked solid (no surprise). So while it took two weeks or so before they could get to us, once they were here they were amazing. They were careful, safe, thorough, and really did a great job. Another neighbor commented how it looks we have a new roof - I couldn't agree more! We should do this every year!" The process for getting an estimate was very straightforward. We connected entirely online. They sent out an estimator within a couple of days, and broke down the job with costs for the various options (inside windows, outside windows, skylights etc.) They scheduled our job promptly. I don't usually give 5 star reviews unless something is perfect, but unlike a lot of home service related companies there is nothing material to complain about. I called to request a quote and they were able to come within a few days. Two days later I received an email quote with an online system to see everything and accept the quote. I opted for the "whenever you can" timeframe and I was called the same day to schedule my gutter cleaning which fell only a few days later despite the rainy weather. I requested a bid for both gutter cleaning and house washing which came in not the lowest, but I had a good feeling so went with the gutter cleaning and will maybe do the house cleaning if I can afford it and doing it myself doesn't clean it well enough. The guy arrived when I wasn't home and worked for about an hour with no need for help from me. He seemed nice when I said hello and washed the gutter goop off my house when he was finished. The only gripe I could have is that both for the estimate and work I asked for a text or call when they were on their way over so I could put my protective bitey dogs away so they could access the back yard easily and neither time did that happen. read more

Cleaned the window tracks and popped out the screens to clean and dusted them as well! The guys even removed the cobwebs around our front door. TL;DR: Missed appointments, double invoices, communication issues, endless waste of time. The technicians who did the job were good though. Allow me to share what I expected from this gutter/window cleaning service: * I provide the job description, they provide a quote * We agree on a date and time * They arrive within the agreed upon window and do the job * The office sends me a description of what has been done (maybe even pictures) and the invoice What happened in reality: * I asked for gutter and skylight cleaning, and they were supposed to do it for $180 * The folks arrived half an hour outside the agreed upon window * I wasn't at home anymore, but called up the office to ask that they make sure to seal the apparent leak in the gutter * I haven't gotten a confirmation of what had been cleaned * When I returned home, the skylights looked dirty, and when it rained, the gutter seemed to leak again * I recorded videos of these issues and sent them to the office, they said their guys would return * Meanwhile, they already billed me for $200 (why not $180? nobody knows) * On the day of the follow-up, nobody showed up * But later they sent me another, separate invoice for $160, that I called out and they said was by mistake * Their guys came back another day and clarified that the gutter is not leaking, it just looks this way when it overflows. And they had already cleaned the skylights, so whatever is dirty is on the inside. Which I can totally believe - if only their office sent a summary of what they'd done on the first visit, they wouldn't have to come back! * Recently I got a reminder that the $160 invoice they said was by mistake is past due, and I had to go through yet another email chain to figure this out. A representative named Ali stubbornly continued claiming that I need to pay for a follow-up visit that never even happened. So I don't know folks, I already spent hours exchanging emails and waiting on follow up visits, this choice is not so Clear to me. read more

We had our wood deck, concrete patio/driveway, and our brick steps and porch power washed and water sealed. The workers showed up on time and were quickly working hard! I wish I would've taken before and after pictures, but I didn't so you will just have to believe me that they did an excellent job. The deck looks almost new.
