She did an amazing job with a deep cleaning that day (while assuring me that my teeth were not actually going to fall out!) and I have been going for regular check ups and cleanings ever since. She even did a fantastic job straightening my teeth last year with Invisalign. I was hesitant at first because my insurance wasn't going to cover the full amount, but I'm so glad I went through with it. I don't feel my teeth constantly grinding anymore, and I have confidence in myself when I smile now. When you decide to check her office out, you'll notice that her staff is truly warm and professional. They make every visit feel pleasant, and I've never had a bad experience going to my appointment. Easily the most hassle-free doctor's office I've ever been to. Dr. Vu herself is super friendly and personable. Receptionist also flat out lied that I was contacted to come pick up x-rays and I was willing to provide my phone records to show that wasn't true. When the dentist was in the room with me, I asked her four times to look at my tooth that I had broken and she refused to even look at it. What kind of a dentist is that? Just to let you know, all the other staff that I met, including the one who did the x-rays, all young gentlemen, were very kind and sweet.
