He did a sloppy job of cleaning half my teeth which left my mouth hurting for a couple of days and tried to push a "deep cleaning" procedure instead. He didn't explain anything, he was grumpy and in an obvious hurry to see me out, and his bedside manner was really unprofessional. The only good thing about his office was his amazing, polite and friendly receptionist. Too bad she's not the one doing the procedures.

Secondly who do I see. and how many second opinions will I require,before committing. And lastly are they practicing ethically. I chose Dr. Arthur Greyf DDS FICOI To perform my implants surgery based on two You Tube channels. Which are the following. Dr. Daniel Choi, North Texas Surgery and Bespoke Smile Dr. Sam Jethwa. London England. These are the most important factors I found in my research. Run if your provider will give you your Permanent Arch the same day or 24 hours later. Implant integration is vital to your success, Which means you'll need at least 6 months to heal for your upper, and 4 for your lower for proper implant integration. After each implant is placed an x-ay is performed which you yourself can see how well the Implant has been seated Many providers do the all in four. Dr. Greyf is not going to short change you. If you need 5 or more, you will receive it. Every case is unique. Perfection is the name of the game. Remember Your gums are also going to recede. Lastly the number of teeth. Which will allow you to experience a fulll smile if your one of those who your molar's or pre molar's are visible Your covered. This procedure is truly knarly and Intense. Fast and furious.... lol The Surgical team is comprised of two teams. Two stages Extraction, Bone shaping Bone grafting an Implant placement. Second. Prosthetic placement, seating shading Bite analysis and fitment and alignment. Lead by Dr. Greyf and Dr. Barry Reich, DDS And Farkhood is there Master Dental Craftsman. During my Surgery you are always asked how is your sedation? Do you require more. If yes Immediately provided. Pain management is followed. So, How Am I feeling post op. Excellent no pain. Which I honestly thought I was going to have. Im Just using Tylenol and gel Ibuprofen that's it. The office work flow runs like clock work, once your seated. All the ladies in the office compliment and express confidence. I feel I have left some useful information here Located in Millburn NJ. Remember the saying you get what you pay for. I had been seeing Dr. Ballard for a few years. recently she performed a root canal on my incisor…read moredue to an infection I had - days later I still had pain in the tooth and I called to schedule a follow up appointment not understanding why with a root canal I was still feeling pain; she took x-rays And then immediately took a panoramic x-ray so I knew something was wrong. She came in after the panoramic and told me that I had a severe infection and needed to see an endodontist immediately, and that I may lose four of my top teeth on the left side due to the infection. Mind you at my age of 59 I've only ever had one filling and one cavity in my entire life for this to be happening seem unreal, I questioned how this could've happened I did not get an answer- so I went to the endodontist she referred me to who was absolutely terrible. no bedside manner, no gentleness (when he asked me if I was in pain and I told him yes he just continued right on working ). I asked him how this could've happened (with my husband standing next to me) and all he did was make a face and shrugged his shoulders. I had paid Dr. Ballard for a root canal and now this endodontist had to perform a second root canal n the same tooth which cost me over $1400 out of pocket. He only put in a temporary filling, advising me to go back to my dentist for permanent filling. when I called to make an appointment I was told I had to wait till until after New Year for that appointment this situation was something that it happened early to mid December. I had a surgery planned for the end of December so I could not have any kind of dental work performed three weeks prior and now I have to wait till three weeks later to have it completed I can't believe she wouldn't fit me in! when I wrote an email to her practice. I literally got a call the next day saying how upset they were that I would question another doctor about Dr. Ballard's treatment. Can you believe it - how upset they were?? I have every right to do so being (told that I may lose four teeth due to an infection without being told how the infection could've possibly happened), but since I still had pain on a tooth that had a root canal, it leads me to believe that something was missed. Well, after I was told this was slander in writing by Dr Ballard, and I was immediately dismissed from her care as she felt we were not compatible. when everything was going well We were perfectly compatible for the longest time. As soon as I question something all of a sudden we are no longer compatible, interesting isn't it? - no problem. Plenty of other dentists out there. As far as slander I'm amazed that she would use this terminology. Maybe she should look up the definition. I made absolutely no false statements against her to anyone . I simply questioned her and the specialist she sent me to. Obviously, she had no concern for my anxiety of having been told I may need four teeth, pulled, and implants placed.

Personally I had a negative experience time and time again, and decided not to go there again after…read morea few years of regular check up visits. The staff is unprofessional, especially the receptionist at the front desk. It seemed to me that sometimes she doesn't pick up the phone when calling to make an appointment during regular business hours. Before I had a chance to ask the receptionist a question, she would just hang up. Once I made an appointment and she somehow just took me off the list, and put someone else in my place. At all other times I went there, they had me wait for my appointment for a long time when the office was pretty empty, not showing any respect for their customer's time. Last time I went there, they were trying to get me to take an x-ray unnecessarily, when I had x-ray done just last time, and came back just for a checkup, as if to have a reason to bill my insurance above what is necessary, at the cost of my health and well being, when it is really unhealthy have the x-rays done at such a short intervals. Then when I was treated by Dr. Galina Feynberg she ruined my frontal tooth filling sooo badly, when I just went for regular cleaning, that I have to go and get it redone - when it was absolutely fine and now it's going to cost me more time and money to get it fixed. Then when I asked her about night guard, she tried to push on me some product at the cost of $600, when you can get similar type of product for as much as a $1 on the internet, if not for less from Chine online vendors. I'm NOT going back there and would not recommend them at all!

As for billing matters, Juliette was so thorough and took the time to explain my benefits, what was covered, etc. She was friendly and welcoming :) The office is comfortable and clean. Although it was far for me, it was fairly easy to get to by public transportation. Overall, I had a good experience.
