After years of debating about getting veneers and multiple consultations, I went with Dr. Kosdon…read morebecause he was nice, genuine, and had an amazing portfolio (and yes, it's surprising how many dentists say they do veneers but don't have a portfolio to show). Dr. Kosdon was very patient with me throughout the entire process and understood that I wanted a more natural looking style. I had fallen on my front tooth so I only wanted four veneers to fix a few areas that were once perfect from braces. Dr. Kosdon did an amazing job! I will be honest because I feel like no one mentions this, but it's definitely not an overnight process and the veneers--especially the temp veneers--take some time getting used to. That said, I really trusted Dr. Kosdon, who ensured me it would get better and easier. Six months later, I'm thrilled I did it and have absolutely no regrets. Yes, I may need to fix them down the line with age (as most need to be), but I couldn't be happier with the results. I just can't believe I waited this long to do it!

They take many forms of insurance and any out-of-pocket expenses have been low and fair. We never feel that they pressure us to perform work that isn't required. The waiting area isn't large and neither is the office. A short walk from the subway or bus. Parking can be difficult. The only thing preventing them from 5 stars is the back office staff: they're not good at follow-up. I frequently have to chase them for preventive procedures as they need insurance authorization. Sometimes they overbook or allow walk-ins delaying our appointments. All in all, the best dentist we've had for many years, and highly recommend this practice. Much love to Dr. Weiss.

I was sure I would go back and get started with them. But I kept putting off making my next appointment, and it took me awhile to put my finger on it, but then it hit me. I had clearly stated what I wanted to do and what I could afford, and the doctor kept talking around that, back door style, about what she was going to do. In other words, she wasn't really listening to my needs - or caring about my needs - and was only going to go in the direction she wanted to. I think if you don't have extreme dental issues, this would be a great dentist, but if you have other circumstances, it's not the right place.

I had been seeing Dr. Ballard for a few years. recently she performed a root canal on my incisor…read moredue to an infection I had - days later I still had pain in the tooth and I called to schedule a follow up appointment not understanding why with a root canal I was still feeling pain; she took x-rays And then immediately took a panoramic x-ray so I knew something was wrong. She came in after the panoramic and told me that I had a severe infection and needed to see an endodontist immediately, and that I may lose four of my top teeth on the left side due to the infection. Mind you at my age of 59 I've only ever had one filling and one cavity in my entire life for this to be happening seem unreal, I questioned how this could've happened I did not get an answer- so I went to the endodontist she referred me to who was absolutely terrible. no bedside manner, no gentleness (when he asked me if I was in pain and I told him yes he just continued right on working ). I asked him how this could've happened (with my husband standing next to me) and all he did was make a face and shrugged his shoulders. I had paid Dr. Ballard for a root canal and now this endodontist had to perform a second root canal n the same tooth which cost me over $1400 out of pocket. He only put in a temporary filling, advising me to go back to my dentist for permanent filling. when I called to make an appointment I was told I had to wait till until after New Year for that appointment this situation was something that it happened early to mid December. I had a surgery planned for the end of December so I could not have any kind of dental work performed three weeks prior and now I have to wait till three weeks later to have it completed I can't believe she wouldn't fit me in! when I wrote an email to her practice. I literally got a call the next day saying how upset they were that I would question another doctor about Dr. Ballard's treatment. Can you believe it - how upset they were?? I have every right to do so being (told that I may lose four teeth due to an infection without being told how the infection could've possibly happened), but since I still had pain on a tooth that had a root canal, it leads me to believe that something was missed. Well, after I was told this was slander in writing by Dr Ballard, and I was immediately dismissed from her care as she felt we were not compatible. when everything was going well We were perfectly compatible for the longest time. As soon as I question something all of a sudden we are no longer compatible, interesting isn't it? - no problem. Plenty of other dentists out there. As far as slander I'm amazed that she would use this terminology. Maybe she should look up the definition. I made absolutely no false statements against her to anyone . I simply questioned her and the specialist she sent me to. Obviously, she had no concern for my anxiety of having been told I may need four teeth, pulled, and implants placed.

Personally I had a negative experience time and time again, and decided not to go there again after…read morea few years of regular check up visits. The staff is unprofessional, especially the receptionist at the front desk. It seemed to me that sometimes she doesn't pick up the phone when calling to make an appointment during regular business hours. Before I had a chance to ask the receptionist a question, she would just hang up. Once I made an appointment and she somehow just took me off the list, and put someone else in my place. At all other times I went there, they had me wait for my appointment for a long time when the office was pretty empty, not showing any respect for their customer's time. Last time I went there, they were trying to get me to take an x-ray unnecessarily, when I had x-ray done just last time, and came back just for a checkup, as if to have a reason to bill my insurance above what is necessary, at the cost of my health and well being, when it is really unhealthy have the x-rays done at such a short intervals. Then when I was treated by Dr. Galina Feynberg she ruined my frontal tooth filling sooo badly, when I just went for regular cleaning, that I have to go and get it redone - when it was absolutely fine and now it's going to cost me more time and money to get it fixed. Then when I asked her about night guard, she tried to push on me some product at the cost of $600, when you can get similar type of product for as much as a $1 on the internet, if not for less from Chine online vendors. I'm NOT going back there and would not recommend them at all!
