As we were walking to the gate, a lifeguard decided to stop me to ask if my husband was with me. Which clearly she decided she should stalk him and my family. I responded yes. She then, in front of our children and other guests proceeds to make accusations about my husband. As he asked what was going on she raised her voice at him and told him not to deny anything. In that moment I should have gotten the manager because now they refuse to call me back so that we can have a conversation about who was actually behaving inappropriately. Absolutely disgusting behavior and accusations! We will never return.

Our 4 year old loved the special area for kids under 6 years old. There were slides and fun areas to explore. There were even tunnels that he could crawl around in. We tried some of the food at the cafe. We had a pizza and wings and the kids had an Icee and a fresh cookie. The food was really good. It was better than we expected it would be. The place was clean and it smelled fresh. They even have fun hand washing machines. You put your hands in and it automatically washes them. That was so fun. We washed our hands several times. We could tell Big Air wants everyone to be safe and have fun. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make our visit social. We can't wait to visit again. We purchased their annual pass since it was on sale for their grand opening. Warner Robins needed something fun for families to enjoy.

There was a line for the birthday party check in but we were able to walk right to the waiver forms for individuals jumping. It was all relatively easy and self-explanatory. The cost was $41 for an all day jump pass and a pair of socks. This is definitely on the high side, but not out of the realm of possibilities that we have paid for trampoline parks. They did charge extra for using a card, which is really annoying. It's actually a great trampoline park. My son really enjoyed it. There were a ton of different experiences from a basketball court to a bull ride to a slide and zip line and interactive games and a great climbing space. They also had a ropes course and rock wall. However, I thought it was terribly understaffed. At midday on a Saturday they did not have enough people to run all the attractions in the trampoline park. Throughout the day, the workers had to switch between the climbing wall and the ropes course. They also had to switch between the slide and the zip line. I understand only having one person to run those during the week, but in the middle of the day on a Saturday there's really no excuse for everything not to be open. I will also say this is the busiest trampoline park I have ever seen in my life. There were so many kids! My kid enjoyed the opportunity to play with others but as a parent, it was frustrating because it was very hard to keep an eye on my child.

There is no ice available for birthday parties, though they did drop stale popcorn in tiny paper bags and warm Capri Suns in our room, but the employee didn't say a word, or even smile, when she came in and I said thank you. The equipment is disgusting - no way it's cleaned daily, or even weekly. None of the bumper cars worked, the ball pit has no balls in it, the bounce houses have no lighting over them, making it so dark inside that children were banging into each other in the dark. "Children" larger than adults were freely playing on equipment clearly made for toddlers. Staff did nothing, despite our repeatedly complaining that the toddlers at our party were being hurt. The entire building seems old, dirty, and not at all taken care of. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially when paying so much for a birthday party. For a little more, Monkey Joe's would been light years better for our little ones, in safety, amenities for birthday parties, fun experiences, and cleanliness.

Also, it's clean and there is not staff to "monitor" your children, but I consider myself perfectly equipped to monitor my own children and do not require this service from a bouncy house business.
