The ladies here opened their store just for our appointment, and we couldn't have had a better time helping my baby sister find her perfect dress. The selection is big, the dresses are beautiful, and the atmosphere was that perfect small shop feel. It was exactly what my sister had been looking for. Well that was the first dress she put her in, we did finish the appointment and at the end she did say "well you find the dress you are looking for out there" and then the associate had the nerve to call the bride an hour later to say we found this dress and sent a picture, she couldn't of found that when we were there! My dress is very intricate, it has 5 separate layers of fabric, beading, lace, appliqué, boning, you name it. I was incredibly nervous about finding a seamstress that would be able to make the needed alterations in 4 months, while keeping the integrity of the dress, and making sure it fit perfectly. I found Hanans through various reviews on Google, Yelp, and my favorite place to get the real reviews, Reddit. People love this woman. And I 1000% know why and couldn't agree more. I'd go to battle for this woman. I think I had around 11 appointments with her total? Which is absurd. She was able to work around my travel-heavy job, addressed every little concern or question I had, and gave me the most perfect dress that I could have ever hoped for. I could not be happier with the end result, we ended up going down quite a few sizes or so from the original and it still looks like the dress I bought, just one that's been custom fitted to me.
