That was not the case today. Honestly not even worth trying to get my money back. Just got gel nails with chrome. Chrome is not even on my nails anymore because no top coat was put on after chrome was applied. Two of my nails have already chipped off (it is gel, that should not happen). While my nails were getting done, I knew I made a horrible mistake but did not have the guts to stop the process and leave. I should have spoken up and that is completely on me but will be going to a different salon tomorrow to be getting what's left of my nails fixed.

I told him I had issues with gel coming off quickly and he promised it would stay. Less than a week later the gel was peeling and I returned. This time I again requested SNS so it was completed by a female technician. 4 days later, the nails were broken and the top coat was peeled off (gel was once again placed as a top coat). I returned to the salon to have them fix it and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I was told no other technician could fix this for me. Unfortunately I could not wait as I needed to get my kids from school. She told me I could come back in 2 days to have it fixed....I left and went to another salon. Please don't waste your time or your money.
