Worst pedicure! I felt like they rushed. 30 second scrub for callus removal. I will not be going back.

Actually terribl, I went here for Hoco and they looked great abd got regular polish, But this time they are so much longer than I wanted and look so bulky and splotchy. Even after sitting under the fan for 20 minutes I can leave little indents in the nails! read more

Average salon with poor quality gel manicure. Five of my nails are severely chipped after only nine days. I've never had that happen before. Usually the entire set will last at least 2 weeks. Manicurists we're unfriendly and salon was not clean. read more

I have been coming to this particular nail salon for 15+ years. The staff is friendly and the space is inviting. Over the years the owners have continually upgraded the equipment so everything looks and feels fresh. The pedicure massage chairs are by far my favorite. You can relax while being pampered by the well trained staff. I love that they give you a mini leg/foot massage when you have a pedicure and a mini arm/hand massage when you get a manicure. They take walk ins and appointments. They accept major credit cards but do prefer you tip in cash when possible. They offer a variety of services including brow and upper lip waxing. The Gel polish is Always my go to for polish. It lasts twice as long for me. I personally can get 4-5 weeks out of my pedicure and roughly 3-4 weeks out of my manicure (depending on how much I work). I have been to other salons but always come back to Sunny Nails. It's the perfect place to pamper yourself....Guys too! I promise you won't be the only male there! read more

The salon was fairly empty, and we got seated quickly. But, the lady that was doing my pedicure was very rough, and ended up cutting the skin around my nail and making it drip blood. Also, she didn't talk at all, and was very harsh. But, she did a good job with the actual nail paining, and they have a great selection of colors. read more

I went here for the very first time. I just wanted them to paint my nails purple. She cut every single cuticle and painted over the blood. She said I was good to go, but when I buckled my seat belt, the nail polish was everywhere. I went in again to get them to redo it and another lady did. She was very nice and put medicine and a bandaid on the cut. read more

I just had my nails done here and they turned out terrible. Seeing as the one review on here swayed me to try this place, I figured I would go through the trouble of setting up an account so that I could better inform you that no, they do not do a great job. I get gel nails done - not too difficult. I've had them done countless times at countless places and sometimes they're good and other times I can fix them myself with a file. This time, I'm going to have to take them off and start over. Did I mention they charged me ten dollars more than most places? He ruined my shape, the gel was not clear, it was cloudy, like it literally looks like there is sand in the stuff they use, which means, my polish-free look is not going to happen. I began to tell him that they looked cloudy and mid-sentence he got up, walked to the other guy working, spoke for a minute, came back, didn't mention it, finished what he was doing and said, "thanks". Seeing as even the clear coat he put on was missing in spots and bumpy, I decided there was no use in asking him to try and fix it. He ignored me the first time and it was all a mess. 1st time customer. Was there yesterday for the highest valued pedicure on their menu. Girl was rude, barely greeted me as I sat down in her chair. Rolled her eyes and made it obvious she didn't need another customer, despite it being morning. I got a gel color with my high priced pedicure. Today, just 24 hours later, the gel has peeled off my toe nail, completely. I have been getting pedicures every 2-3 weeks for 25+ years. I always get gel and I always get the highest pedi option on the menu. So I can say it's definitely not normal or ok for my gel polish to peel completely off my nail. There's no reason for that (I didn't cause any trauma to my toes to explain it). I was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the salon. Especially during Covid. No one wiped any chairs or equipment down. The only reason I tried this salon is because it's close to my son's new pediatrician, but I can assure you I will never return. I told my mom about the experience and she said she's been there before and also had bad service and had her full set done poorly. My neighbor also has been to this salon and said she only comes as a last resort when waiting on her kids' between dance or music practice, etc. The general clientele was elderly, so as sad as it is to say, maybe the staff has gotten used to giving a sloppy poor excuse of a job with terrible customer service because the elderly don't say anything. Not sure what the reason is because their location is too prime of a real estate for them to not provide prime service and product. read more

As a guy, I am not an expert on nail salons. However, I have been to a few for pedicures. Sunny Nail Salon is by far the best one I have experienced and I have gone back several times. The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is very professional and efficient. The only negative I have is the staff does not talk to the customers other than giving instructions. Went in to have the powder nails removed, not my entire nail and nail bed. They sent a teenage male trainee to do my nails while the rest of them sat around telling him what to do. Took him 30 minutes just to remove the polish, and he still didn't get it completely off my nails. Four of my fingers are cut because he didn't know how to use the machine, and the top of my nails are filed so thin to the nail bed that they hurt. I'm highly frustrated with this place and don't recommend if they start to send anyone under the age of 18 your way. read more

They talked me into using SNS nails. I had my second fill-in a week ago. One nail broke and two others were cracked. I went in to have repaired. I was told I needed a brand new set. I was not happy and stated I wasn't paying for a new set and further more didn't have time to have a full set done. I was just YELLED at by the owner, Brannon (?). I walked out and will NOT be back!! POOR customer service.... now I have to pay to have them fixed. read more

From an out of towner -- Selected Sunny Nail Salon because it was close to the hotel where I was staying and the one review I saw was good so I decided to go there! I was not disappointed. The service was excellent: friendly, informative about the gel nail process and color I chose; I was in and out in a timely manner, and the price was what I expected. The final result was highly satisfying. I received many compliments about my nails that day and in the days after! True to the reputation of a proper gel nail application, two weeks later I continue to get compliments about my nails! read more
