The van was super clean and Kim was very friendly and got us to our hotel promptly and safely. Would easily choose Payless for all our future flights. When you're traveling, especially with kids, you don't want to mess around and take chances with a shuttle service that will be late or that is not communicative. Both hands on wheel and scan 1/3 mile ahead of you if possible. 6. Lower prices and compete to master your vehicle. You are not qualified racecar drivers. I understand things happen but to give TEN MINUTES notice when I had 30+ people already at a pick up location is insane. It was awful. They did refund me, however a lot of tears and stress were shed over this mixup. If you have an important event, don't bother relying on them as it may not happen.
