We rented a party bus for my 24th birthday celebration, they took us to medieval times and back and I have only great things to say! They whole staff was very communicative from the dispatcher to the driver, checking in on us from the day before and of course the day of. Our driver Robert was awesome, he made sure we ve y taken care of and we felt safe the whole ride there and back! Can't recommend them enough!

My friend Kris rented a party bus from Party Bus Group for the Corona del Mar Home Tour, and honestly it was one of the best decisions we made. It turned what could have been a logistical headache into a super fun and easy way to get around and see all the homes as a group. The bus showed up well before we needed it, which meant nobody felt rushed and we could get organized at our own pace. Our driver, Bill, was absolutely the best. We had a pretty rowdy crew, and he handled it like a pro while also being part of the fun. Every time we stopped at a property he would drop us right at the front, loop around, find the perfect parking spot, and when we came back out he was always right there waiting for us. It made the whole experience seamless. The bus itself was spotless and really high-end. The music was great, the AC was blasting, and even on a hot day with a full bus, it stayed comfortable the entire time. Originally we had the bus booked until 4 pm, but our group ended up going until 6. Bill never once complained. He kept the energy up, had a big smile the entire time, and truly felt like part of the group. The little things matter, and this company nailed them. Fair pricing, a beautiful bus, and a driver who went above and beyond. If you're looking for a party bus, stop your search. This is the company to call. read more

great communication and easy to book! so hard not to compare the price to Vegas but VIP bus #2 was worth every penny. It was super nice and comfortable inside. Easily fit 45 of us sitting. The organizer was so responsive and checked in with us multiple times ahead of the scheduled time. Jaz, the bus driver, was also terrific. I planned a surprise party bus for my boyfriend's birthday! We chose the Legend, and it had cup holders, railings, a pole, and a tv! Our Sale's rep Christian was amazing and super communicative. He worked with my boyfriend's sister and I as two planners, and got back to both of us! He answered all of our questions and was responsive to all of our requests, and made the whole process super easy! I had three party bus companies lined up, with 1st Class Limousine being one of them. I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.

Delivery: I let Pedro know that our house was ready and available for delivery whenever he wanted. It was Super Bowl weekend so I know lots of rentals needed to be dropped off. He brought the tent and chairs Thursday and the jumper and tables early Saturday. Everything was a big hit with our guest the entire weekend ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Quick summary *Anaheim FD & PD had to be called by us *Left stranded after trapped in bus with emergency exits not working *Rude to first responders and veterans *If you do book do not use cash because you will need to dispute through your CC! *Filter reviews and you will see many negative reviews. All their comments and likes on social media are by their team and friends so wouldn't be surprised that the good reviews are by them. These people ruined our night. The driver Liz was extremely rude and asked about gratuity before the ride even began and we let her know we would tip at the end. The door had some issues and wasn't closing but she eventually got it closed and we left a little late, no big deal. During our reception she even asked someone if they could bring her a plate of food so when they asked me I said sure we would go ahead and pay for her plate so she could eat. Then when it was time to leave she claimed that people were fighting (which no one has any proof of and there were only 2 people on the bus that definitely were not fighting so she said it was someone else outside trying to fight with them?? To be honest her story kept changing so nothing made sense). Well the 2 people were stuck in the bus because the doors didn't open. None of the fire exits worked either. It wasn't until I called the fire department that the driver told the people to jump through the partition so the fire department wouldn't have to break open a window. After that I was told we would be getting a refund but when I asked for written evidence all I was told was the call was recorded on their end which gave me no proof of what was said. The driver then had the company call the police department because we told her either we wanted our money back or another means back to our hotel. The driver accused my husband of being the one fighting and when she got a better look and realized that he was the groom she said "oh it was another bald white man, you guys all look alike". At this point my husband said he would do the driver a solid and call police himself because we knew there was nothing the police were gonna do besides give us an incident number (after all my husband is a LEO). Danielle Mote who was PBG's manager on duty demanded to get the incident number for both the FD and PD, but why wouldn't her driver give that? She then refused to tell us her name until she got my Husbands name and wanted to know his badge number (he's off duty so I don't know why this would matter). Danielle was extremely rude and began to yell. In the end we were left without a ride back and had to Uber it home. After days of calling we finally were offered a $200 refund. When I told them I wanted to talk to the owner Adam Swaby whether it meant via phone, Instagram (since he's out of town till 8/23) or at his residence because they have no office for customers. I was told then we wouldn't get the $200 she had just offered or if we wrote a bad review we also wouldn't get that money. Besides wanting a refund my main concern about the bus not being safe was not addressed so when I mentioned I would file a complaint with the Fire Department, Lynsey Marrinan claimed it was a threat. Keep in mind the money she was offering to refund was because her driver was rude but seems more like hush money. At one point I expressed my disappointment in how they claim to value first responders and veterans but despite my husband being both he was still treated rudely. Her rebuttal was that her husband also is in law enforcement...which does not negate the fact of the matter. In the end she said our contact was breached because we got into a fight and wouldn't get off the bus. But why would I call the FD before PD was even called to help two people get off the bus? One that had a panic attack and only reason he was somewhat okay was because he has a EMT with him on board. And if we breached the contract why were they asking us to wait hours till someone could repair the door so they could take us home. The truth is they just don't want to refund the money. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before hand and would have seen my own friend was screwed over by them at her wedding last year. At this point I except a response from Adam claiming that the 6 people that were supposed to be on that bus ride back were fighting but funny enough the video shows all 6 of us standing there cool as a cucumber. They couldn't even point out who was fighting except the vague description of a bald white man? We only had one bald white man who the driver admitted to wasn't there when the fight happened and the rest of the males in the group were Indian. read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Party Bus Rental Company I am writing this review to share my incredibly disappointing experience with Party Bus Group. I had a rental booked with them for July 7th this year, but unfortunately, my father passed away a couple of weeks ago. With a heavy heart, I called the company hoping to cancel the reservation. To my dismay, the company informed me that they would not be able to refund my deposit, despite the recent tragedy my family and I had endured. While I understand that deposits are typically non-refundable, I expected some compassion and understanding given the circumstances. Due to our low spirits and the decision to no longer have a large wedding, we asked if they could accommodate us with a smaller bus for a brief photoshoot with just the two of us, our maid of honor, and best man. Considering I had initially paid a deposit of around $700, I thought it would be reasonable to pay a bit more to secure a ride for the day. However, the company quoted an outrageous price of $1800+ for a 9-hour rental of a 4-passenger bus. I was taken aback by this exorbitant amount and expressed my concerns, but they only reluctantly reduced it by a mere 5%. Given the emotional state my family and I were in, I didn't feel like engaging in a prolonged negotiation. To my disbelief, it seemed like the company saw my vulnerable situation as an opportunity to exploit me. They knew they had my deposit secured and took advantage of it by providing a quote well beyond reason, expecting me to have no other option but to accept. It's truly disheartening that they would resort to such tactics. I was annoyed and bummed out about the situation and was about to just accept the price and move forward. At that moment I thought of my Dad and how he wouldn't let this stand. I feel like he gave me the push and the strength to find a better solution. Thankfully, I decided to explore other options and came across SoCal Limos and Busses. Despite being a bit further away and requiring a transportation fee, their total cost was $200 less than what the previous company was trying to charge me. I want to emphasize that this experience serves as a stark reminder of the kind of people you may be dealing with when choosing a service provider. As someone who owns businesses myself, I make it a point to go above and beyond for customers who have experienced recent tragedies. Not only do I offer refunds, but I also inquire if there's anything else I can do to assist them. It's deeply disappointing to see a company like Party Bus Group take advantage of vulnerable individuals who are unable to fully grasp the situation they're being put in. In conclusion, my experience with Party Bus Group was extremely unsatisfactory. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice. We called to get a quote on a limo bus for a friends birthday and the customer service was a great from the start! We rented the big 50 passenger white bus and found out they could help organize the nightclub table and VIP entry too ..so we went with a package deal. The partybus was the best one I've been on and looked exactly like the pictures online with a restroom, dance poles and flat screen TV's everywhere!! It was also was super clean which was a surprise!! The club host met us at the bus as soon as we arrived at the club and walked us straight inside to an amazing table overlooking the dance floor! Our driver Ryan said he was a managing partner with the company so he really went out of his way to make our experience a great one! We used the Party Bus Group for a Del Mar race last Sunday and couldn't of been happier with the service! Our group of 25 decided to go for the VIP bus because of the onboard restroom and having a long journey from Long Beach. The bus itself was awesome and looked just like the pictures! It came fully stocked with waters, sodas, cups and all of the bar areas were full with ice to keep our alcohol nice and cold too. We brought along more drinks in a big foam cooler which we were able to store underneath the bus. While we were at the races our driver George cleaned up after us and restocked all the bar areas with the drinks we had brought for the return journey which was super nice of him! One thing I was worried about since it was a hot day was the AC and we were really happy the bus was cool as I've been on buses where it was broken or didn't work properly before and there's nothing worse! I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with party bus group. From the original contact with Adam to his helpful suggestions about how to plan the evening, to the flexibility about how many stops and which size Bus we required, to the ease of booking and the fairness of the rate-all five stars! The bus itself was fantastic- clean and very fun environment conducive to a large 25 person group. It was very easy to connect our own Bluetooth music to the music system, and they had a full cubby filled with ice waiting for us to put our beverages in and keep them cold for the entire evening. Our driver was also very flexible and helpful, and had a great attitude throughout the evening, despite the fact that we had brought electric guitars, microphones and drums on board! Finding an amazing party bus that was updated, had a good sound system and could comfortably fit 30-40 adults for my brothers engagement party was my main priority when researching companies and we found exactly what we wanted + more with this company. When I say this was probably one of the best nights of my and all my family/friends life, I mean it and I owe it to the Party Bus Group and George, our driver. The company was extensively professional and willing to make whatever accommodations they needed to ensure we had the best time. George was the biggest help to planning this night out on the town - he had an answer to everything, great recommendations and was extremely attentive throughout the entire process of booking, the 5 hour ride we had, and after! This company is fantastic, I am definitely hiring them for my next event. The driver Ryan and Adam the coordinator were both extremely professional, reliable and very accommodating. The night before, we had to make some itinerary changes and Adam was very, very patient and went above and beyond to meet our requests. I hired a large party bus for 50 teenagers that included my son and no adult supervision besides the driver. I cannot say enough good things about this company's amazing customer service. The itinerary was a bit complicated but Ryan was wonderful, very responsible and kept me updated about their route the entire evening. The bus was beautiful and clean, the sound system was great. First and foremost I'd like to applaud this company for its patience. I used their limo services for two occasions The Bachelorette party and a wedding. I was the maid of honor for My Best Friend's Wedding and so I was in charge of getting Transportation together. When you work with a group of people it's kind of hard to get everyone together or at least on the same page about payment or dates and what's going to happen and so when I had to give dates and information they were always tentative which I understand can be very frustrating for a business however I was never treated with impatience. No matter what we have always gotten a great deal, a great bus and have had a amazing time. My coworker was celebrating his birthday and we were able to take the bus down to San Diego and back, and for having the bus for that long no one could beat the price. Never again will I book with anyone else. Not only this, they also try and join in the fun (apart from the driver!) so everyone gets the best experience. AMAZING!!! Everything from the booking to the actual experience was first class. My man Anthony took care of our reservation on the phone, super nice and super helpful. There was a small problem with someone else booking our bus the same time we did, BUT my man Anthony took care of it and gave us a bigger bus at no extra charge. Now that's customer retainment! Tim was our driver, and he was timely and very chill. I just gave him a nice 10 minute heads up every time we needed to be picked up and he was there! Shoutouts to Tim, you're the man!!! My group rented the 20-30 passenger party bus for a bachelor party. The price was reasonable and comparable to competitors, and the party bus looked exactly as promised in the photos and video. Adam, the coordinator/manager, was very helpful; he walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. Our bus driver, Ryan, was friendly and courteous, and he showed up for the pickup right on time. During the trip, there were a couple minor logistical hiccups, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to my friends and family. read more

One of the best nights out I've had since coming to L.A! I'd definitely recommend this to any international students who are looking for a proper welcome to L.A. nightlife. The guy who was in charge, Adam, was really cool and organised everything for me and my friends so I didn't have to worry about anything. The party bus itself is none like I've ever seen before, it had poles, drink stations and even a VIP section! I was really impressed with the decor and the sound system, and the service once arriving at the club was excellent.
