What a horrible new manager! Rude and absolutely refused to honor our passes because they were originally purchased as a gift to me, and were put in MY name! The waiver process is a little maddening but once you're in, there's plenty for kids to do, whether you have a coach-guided class or you just want to fool around. There are three coaches working with groups of kids at the moment and everyone seems to be having a good time. Even the coaches. You can walk in or make an appointment. You can throw a party here. Space is generous and equipment availability gets an A+. Healthy snacks and drinks are available. Temperature control is NICE. Lots of room for parents to work while waiting. This was the perfect party set up!! It was easy to book and they handled the food. I was genuinely surprised at how tasty the pizza was! We're still eating the left over. This is a crazy cool place! Today is their grand opening and the place is amazing! We had the chance to come out about a month ago and do their mobil obstacle course and had a blast! We couldn't get my 11 year old off! I think he did it about a dozen times! So couldn't wait for today! I am really looking forward to coming here and getting back in shape. We had such a blast! There is truly something for everyone here. My five year old loved running the courses in the front on repeat while kids of all ages practiced elements, and raced one another. Then in the back there are the larger/more advanced areas where I practically had to peel my husband away at closing time. Can't wait to take a class with my husband (and no kids)! We rented their mobile ninja course for our kids event at church. We had about 300 kids show up. Ninja Nation, especially Tatiana, was fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable with what would fit our event best. They were fantastic to work with. Tatiana stayed in constant contact and helped with any technical issues we had. They should up early to set up. And when we had to move the location of the course, at last minute because of weather, they were very flexible and just rolled with it. Their staff was efficient and so much fun. They kept the kids engaged, excited, and encouraged them. Many of our kids struggled with certain aspects of the course and their staff just encouraged them thru it. I didn't see one child get frustrated or quit in the middle of the course. And if there was a lull, their staff did fun things on the course to keep the hype up. When all was said and done, they cleaned up the entire space and you didn't even know they were there.
