Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. The carpet was over 6 years old, and once we left it was going to be ripped up anyway. Mel the owner showed up on time, as scheduled. He said it would be best if we left for an hour or so. When we came back he was almost done. We had area rugs on the top of the wall to wall carpeting. You could clearly see where the rugs were. Not terribly stained. We would spot clean those areas on a regular basis. When he was done. You would think it was new carpeting! It was that clean. Even though we had special casters underneath the legs of the furniture; you could still see a faint impression. But, that's to be expected. At the time of this review he has a special 2 rooms for $89. + tax. A good deal. I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning. He also does upholstery, wood and tile.
