I waited an entire year after relocating to Greensboro before I found a dental practice that was a good fit, and when I tell you that Greensboro Ivory Dental fits me to the "T-eeth" (pun intended)....! LOL I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked into the office. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with friendly smiles, the waiting room was clean, had ample and comfortable seating, and there were even refreshments for customers. Once I was taken to the back, I was more impressed. This dental office has some of the most advanced technology that I have ever experienced. There was nice music playing in the background and the environment was very pleasant. I was impressed with how everyone seemed to work so well together. Once my dentist came in, the office got even more gold stars. HE SMELLED SO GOOD! Do you know how important it is to have someone that close to your face smell good? I can't tell you how many times I have left a dentist because their breath was YUCK! This is not a problem at Greensboro Ivory. I believe that they take pride in their appearance and the appearance of their patients. Every procedure that I have had done has been done with precision and care. In addition, I'm always kept in the loop regarding my appointments, insurance, co-pays, etc. BEFORE anything is done so that there are no huge surprises when it comes to my bill. Their polite demeanor and explanations of what I needed was like music to my ears. Most dentists, "tell" what you need to do. They explained my options, told me what could wait and what was urgent. And provided me with pros and cons of my decisions. All I can say is that I'm grateful to finally be somewhere that I feel comfortable visiting every 6 months.
