He gives little regard for the quality of his work, the integrity of his business relationships, and the broader impact his projects have on the community. The owner's complete disregard for impactful design not only hurts ZDS' reputation, but the potential to better the city of Providence. His business relationships are equally problematic, frequently engaging with unethical partners and out-of-state developers, (see Fane Tower). It is clear that maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships is not a priority for him. Beyond his business practices, the owner's frequent cruel treatment of employees cannot be understated. The hostile atmosphere he promotes leads to high turnover rates, low morale, and diminished productivity, as employees fear being his next target. I took a look at the job and I gave her an estimate she took several weeks to get back to me once she did she told me clients wouldn't agree on the price so I agreed to lower it . I had no communication with homeowners in the beginning , once I did I found out VERY Quickly how disappointed they were with her . We had agreed to communicate without her which was working fine . Until just Yesterday I had to take a leave for Christmas and when I was suppose to return and did not they flipped and told me that they just recently fired her from the job which in returned took the job from me as well .
