Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. I was concerned because my home was a stucco finish and many of the Siding companies I'd contacted either didn't know how to do the job or gave me a very high estimate. Fortunately Mike had experience with siding stucco and his quote was reasonable so I hired him. His crew showed up when he said they would and got right to work. They ran into some problems with the stucco and it cost them some lengthy delays. But he communicated well with me and he stood by his original estimate which I really appreciated. Everyone on his crew was kind and polite. When I didn't like how they'd placed some of the deck boards, I spoke to Mike and they fixed it quickly. While it was messy while the work was going on I was very impressed by how well the guys cleaned up the yard and made sure everything was put back the way it had been. My neighbor even commented on how great a job they did cleaning up the portion of the lawn next to her, they used magnets to make sure they got every last nail. The house looks fantastic! He informed me that my roof was still in good shape and did not see the need to replace it. He did refer me to another company. His integrity, along with his timely response, was much appreciated.
