After 2 1/2 hours I was just told to return it to the store. 4) When I get to the store the next day I am told that I am not supposed to return it there but I am then told to return it to a UPS store after getting a shipping label online/Verizon App when I cancel. Phone wait times and my patience were drying up -- so I went into the store to ask for help to which I was told that UPS will know what to do with it: no label needed, just that I would need to make sure to disconnect the line. !!) It was omitted from technical support to return it to UPS !!) Associates in store are unclear of current specific return/exchange procedures. !!) Associates were more focused on returning hardware than the main issue: the customer needs WiFi! Nothing was said about setting up a new router/line i.e getting the product/service I am trying to spend money on. Solution: Same but new hardware/different line, different store. Thank you Chris from Gambrills, understood the situation and presented a clear solution.
